Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The overall ambience of the hotel was good, and the facilities were satisfactory. The food was tasty and the service was prompt. My stay at 3 leaves hotel was very good. The food was fresh and tasty. The room was very cozy with all facilities. Staffs were very humble. The hotel is located very near to the Railway station and bus stand. The hotel provides basement parking. Overall my experience was very good.

I stayed with family for two days. Property and location is good, maintained and hygienic. Staff is very cooperative and service is excellent. Food quality is also good. Thanks to front desk manager mr. Satish. Bathroom is small, require more lighting. Over all i rate it as excellent for family stay.

Travelled to kolhapur for poornimaand Friday darshan at mahalaxmi temple. Had stayed earlier with sam hotel when it was newly launched. Now, the staff is well experienced and courteous. facilities are pretty much standard and overall a good experience.

Property location is very nice and close to kolhapur railway station. Food quality was very good and the thali arrangement was really nice. Room was very clean and well maintained. Room service was good and quick. Breakfast options was really good and tasty.

Rooms were clean but because they had plenty of guests to cater too service was not up to the mark. The bathroom taps went dry when we checked in at 6.30 pm and even in the morning they were dry. Instead of being apologetic about the inconvenience they were trying to justify it. Room service from their restaurant was super slow. it took them close to an hr to send just few chapatis, dal fry and steam rice which was absolutely cold ( not even warm).

Rooms could be more clean, floor was not cleaned properly. Taps in washroom need to be fixed, all of them had leakage issue. I booked 4 rooms and one the room didn’t had hot water and basic amenities like bucket and mug. Wardrobes in the room looked like they were not cleaned for many weaks, there was so much of dust. Non ac rooms have no ventilation at all and there’s no option to adjust the fan speed as regulators were broken in 2 rooms. The fan speed is too slow, looks like it is there only to show that the room has fan. Staff is good, cooperative.
