Yazan at the bell desk is a true professional. He met us with a warm smile, promptly handled our luggage, and guided us to our room while sharing insights about the hotel. Cloud 7 Hotel has an elegant, modern vibe that’s perfect for relaxing or business travel. Yazan’s service was exceptional—he ensured we had everything we needed and even checked back later to offer more assistance. It’s rare to find staff this dedicated, and Yazan made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Cloud 7 exceeded our expectations.
The resort is within walking distance to the shopping and business districts of downtown Aqaba and will enjoy direct access to an array of leisure/ sporting and entertainment facilities.

Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there.
The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside.
The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels)
Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby.
For a 5* the curtains with holes are average.
Otherwise everything else is great.
The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.

On arrival I was welcomed at check in, the man suggested if I would prefer a double to my twin room what I booked by mistake, so I had a double room.. this was really helpful and nice so thank you to Noor safi on reception. The room itself was clean, good size and an amazing view over the sea. The pool on the top was also nice and the views amazing. One slight negative was the taps in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and good but the taps are motion censored what I gess is good for saving water but at times annoying. However this wouldn't impact on me staying here again. A really good hotel, good location , good staff and good rooms. Thanks again for Noor safi on reception who also printed my plane tickets when stressed! A Must stay

As soon as I arrived at the hotel door, someone took the baggage and handed it to the lemon tea. There was a light off in the bedroom. The maintenance staff came quickly. After repairing, there was soil on the floor and they asked if they needed cleaning and cleaning. They took the initiative to hide behind the door. These details make people feel intimate. The buffet breakfast restaurant is large and hearty

We spent 7 nights in Dweik Hotel 3 at the end of December with my family: 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were very satisfied with everything. We had 2 interconnected rooms, the rooms were cleaned and new towels were given every day. The rooms are spacious and the beds are big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the scrambled eggs and omlettes are made according to your taste right in front of your eyes. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Ragheb, the manager, who was of great help for us in everything: with the transport to and from the airport, the trip to Wadi Rum (including the jeep-tour and the best-ever supper in the middle of Wadi Rum!) and the trip to the amazing Petra. Ragheb gave great ideas and practical suggestions whatever issues we asked him about (for example where to buy delicious dates or spices). The hotel has a private beach, where a shuttle bus can take you right from the hotel. Ragheb also suggested further programs to us, definitely you can turn to him with any questions you might have. I contacted him weeks before our trip and he always answered quickly. The location of the hotel is perfect: restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, the sea is within walking distance. Jordan is very unique, Jordanian people are very friendly. We would definitely like to go back:) Thank you:)

GGuest UserGood value hotel in Jordan
I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details.
There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes, drinks and shisha.
The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.

BBASEM BISHARAthe call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing
they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms
one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working
very disappointed with hilton this time
to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us
GGuest UserEverything was nicely organised The staff was attentive to help you. The check-in process went very smoothly the breakfast the variety of Arabian food at the breakfast was super good 👌 I want to thank the team for their efforts and special thanks to Huthefah for his hard work in helping us with our activities and vacation 😀
GGuest UserGood last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. We had an issue with the lamp and a lightbulb burned out, and the front desk immediately took care of the issues. They had a breakfast buffet which was so-so. They had hard boiled eggs...no other option for eggs. And the rest of the buffet was really not to my liking, so I would rate it a one star. Not great, at all. The lobby was nice, except EVERYONE smoked. I am a non-smoker and could not sit in the lobby due to the smoke. The front desk was awesome. Very accommodating with any requests. We wanted to walk about and see the local shops and they drew us a map. Wonderful. Would I stay here again? Yes.
GGuest UserStayed here on two occasions in a standard room. Overall, the service at front desk was good, in the restaurant it was non-existent and the price was low. I did not like the room – it was very small, worn-out and in dire need of refurbishment, and the bed was ridiculously low. It was a non-smoking room – with an ashtray in it. The bathroom was seriously tiny and not for the infirm. It was obvious that some of the toiletries in the bathroom had been partly used by the previous occupant – not acceptable, even for a budget hotel. The breakfast was not very good. I learnt that they made omelettes for you – after I had eaten my breakfast. There was no sign or menu to tell me this and the attendants did not bother to tell me. In fact, they did not even bother to say “Good morning”. Even the things that should be hot, like the tea and “hot” milk were not hot. There were some positives. The service at the front desk was good as was the location. For the price paid, I would say the hotel is acceptable but they could easily improve. Would I go back? Possibly, if I was alone and for one night but not if I was with family.
GGuest UserThe Bedouin Garden Village is about 15 minutes drive from Aqaba, close to the Berenice Beach Club. The sea and beach are only 150 meters away. In the nearest area you will find a few more Guesthouses with restaurants and a restaurant/a bathroom on the beach. The beach itself has free sunscreens.
The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere in the Garden Village is very quiet and relaxed. The atmosphere offers many shaded places that invite to stay and relax in the shadow, but partly you could wash or clean the bedouin seats. It was not dirty, but also not 100% clean.
The Bedouin Garden Village is a diving school with friendly, fun, but also competent staff and good equipment. The diving courses were very relaxed and yet interesting, even for experienced dives.
The breakfast was unfortunately relatively simple: there were fladbread, fresh cheeses (however they were long in the heat), marmelade and a table with hummus, eggs, beans, some fruit and some vegetables. It was still sad. The lunch and evening card is not too extensive: there is a lot of frozen (fish, hamburger, calamari), a few salads and a few chicken courts. We can't get sad, it doesn't taste badly, but not particularly ”wow” - given the distant location, the choice of restaurants on the ground is limited.
The rooms were simple but still functionally furnished with air conditioning and refrigerator.
All in all a great accommodation to turn off for a few days in a quiet environment.
