Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.
RReinhardtastreaIs a comfortable and well‑located base for a Mt Fuji adventure, with easy access to both the Subashiri and Gotemba trails. The property offers many great amenities, and I especially appreciated how easy it was to borrow an umbrella — a small but thoughtful gesture during three straight days of rain.
The buffet breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes to start the day right. I also liked the eco cleaning option, which rewards you with two drink tokens — a nice way to encourage sustainable choices. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, comfort, and great service, making it an excellent choice for hikers and travellers alike.
SStunningrose11It was such a lovely experience staying at this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our dome tent had a superb view of Mt Fuji, we just had to pull the blinds in the morning and admire the view. The private onsen was a great start to our day as it was a little cold in the morning. The tent was nice and cosy, well equipped with a heater, board games, speaker and a hammock that you have to assemble yourself just next to the tent. The location is not difficult to find and it's a few minutes drive away from the little town.
EEvelynIn order to climb Mount Fuji, I had to walk, so I stayed at this hotel near Gotemba. The location is not convenient, but it has the advantages of price and service. I checked in late and the front desk was very polite and explained the hot spring opening hours and breakfast time. Although the room is not big, the overall feeling is very clean. Breakfast It's very authentic Japanese food and it's delicious.
CCHENG CHIN ENGPoor language for front desk.

HHeiouhey oh~This is my second stay here, and hands down, it's the best hotel in the Kanto region, considering the views, location, and price. The hotel dates back to 1895, even a year older than my university! The same lovely and kind old gentleman was at the front desk for check-in; he was so friendly and even gave my child a small gift. Absolutely perfect! They also have a free microwave for guest use, which is very convenient!
GGuest UserStayed here after visiting Fuji-Q Highland. I think it might be a renovated love hotel, but once inside, it didn't feel like one at all. The price was great, and it included breakfast, so it was an excellent deal. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large too. I'm planning to stay here again next time I'm in the area.
GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!
GGuest UserI booked a room based on the results of a soccer match, so I searched for a cheap place that was available for weekend reservations.
I'm a non-smoker, so I had no choice but to choose a room that allowed smoking, but I was very satisfied with the large public bath and the room, which had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji.
Breakfast was less crowded than I expected, so I was able to eat it, and they even refilled my water bottle!
I was impressed with the service, which really increased my satisfaction with my trip!
GGuest UserThe good points include a pretty good location, not far from the main outlet mall. We weren't prepared for what awaited us; upon entering the hotel, we weren't greeted, but instead, someone just shouted out our room number and that it would be opened shortly. The entrance area wasn't very clean, but that's a minor detail. After entering the room itself, an overwhelmingly unpleasant smell of stale smoke hit us—this was probably the biggest downside. Then you start noticing various 'details': a meticulously packaged used ******* in a bag, and on the bottom shelf of the desk, some 18+ themed magazines. When we booked this hotel, there was no 'Adult-only' disclaimer, which caused a bit of a surprise. Overall, if you're not bothered by the smell of smoke and various adult paraphernalia, and you're traveling without children, I think it's okay for one night. We're giving this hotel a 6/10 and moving on to the next one.
