Guest UserOne of our favorite places to stay! It’s just a 5‑minute drive from the premium outlet, which makes shopping super convenient. The snacks after a hot spring bath and the ramen for supper were such a nice touch and really added to the experience.
Be sure to opt for a room with a view of Mt. Fuji—we were lucky enough to see it every morning when we woke up, and you can also enjoy the view from the rooftop (w foot bathing if you’d like)
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great amenities and unforgettable views, and we’d definitely love to return next time!

🗻 Location:
The hotel offers a very clear and beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The scenery is truly stunning. However, the hotel is located a bit far from supermarkets and convenience stores, so having a car would make it much more convenient.
🍽️ Food:
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, there are complimentary light snacks provided, which is a very nice touch. The chef was very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the taste was decent.
🧼 Cleanliness:
The room was very clean, and the bed was soft, warm, and comfortable.
🧴 Amenities:
Guests can freely pick up amenities near the elevator. There is also free hot and cold water available downstairs, which is very convenient.
🧺 Laundry:
The washing machine service was slightly expensive.
👩💼 Staff:
Most of the staff appeared a bit serious, but they were still professional and provided good service. However, they did not smile much or proactively give recommendations as much as I expected.

It was such a lovely experience staying at this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our dome tent had a superb view of Mt Fuji, we just had to pull the blinds in the morning and admire the view. The private onsen was a great start to our day as it was a little cold in the morning. The tent was nice and cosy, well equipped with a heater, board games, speaker and a hammock that you have to assemble yourself just next to the tent. The location is not difficult to find and it's a few minutes drive away from the little town.

This is my second stay here, and hands down, it's the best hotel in the Kanto region, considering the views, location, and price. The hotel dates back to 1895, even a year older than my university! The same lovely and kind old gentleman was at the front desk for check-in; he was so friendly and even gave my child a small gift. Absolutely perfect! They also have a free microwave for guest use, which is very convenient!

Every year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!

Quo LeI wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day.
There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children.
The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!

Guest UserThe good points include a pretty good location, not far from the main outlet mall. We weren't prepared for what awaited us; upon entering the hotel, we weren't greeted, but instead, someone just shouted out our room number and that it would be opened shortly. The entrance area wasn't very clean, but that's a minor detail. After entering the room itself, an overwhelmingly unpleasant smell of stale smoke hit us—this was probably the biggest downside. Then you start noticing various 'details': a meticulously packaged used ******* in a bag, and on the bottom shelf of the desk, some 18+ themed magazines. When we booked this hotel, there was no 'Adult-only' disclaimer, which caused a bit of a surprise. Overall, if you're not bothered by the smell of smoke and various adult paraphernalia, and you're traveling without children, I think it's okay for one night. We're giving this hotel a 6/10 and moving on to the next one.
