VV_TripsLocation is good and within 10 minutes drive from the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Hotel rooms are slightly dusty, but good for short stays especially after outlet visits :)
Public hot springs are spacious and better than expected, with both indoors and outdoors available.
Some rooms can see the Mount Fuji. Otherwise, 12/F is available for public access with a panorama view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast is also satisfying.

2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant.
Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms.
Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.

Ttyk39Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel. The decor and facilities are very new and clean. The family room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable and spacious. All the in-room amenities were excellent; the air conditioning could be adjusted to our liking, and the fridge was large and kept things very cold. The only minor drawback was the trash can being a bit too small. I highly recommend this hotel for self-driving travelers; I'll definitely stay here again! Plus, the room we booked had a fantastic view of Mount Fuji, which was absolutely stunning. My family had a very pleasant experience! Lastly, the room door lock used a QR code, which was very convenient.

EEvelynIn order to climb Mount Fuji, I had to walk, so I stayed at this hotel near Gotemba. The location is not convenient, but it has the advantages of price and service. I checked in late and the front desk was very polite and explained the hot spring opening hours and breakfast time. Although the room is not big, the overall feeling is very clean. Breakfast It's very authentic Japanese food and it's delicious.

GGuest UserThe environment was very comfortable and chill. The tents were spotless, the private bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with ๐๐ป I really loved it!
The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again โ it made me so happy! ๐
It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket.

GGuest UserBreakfast choices is limited but sufficient and taste good. Extremely good location, close to JR Station. I do recommend them to carry out interior renovation to make the facilities more modern, such as the dining room for breakfast. Staff are familiar with hotel surrounding and attempted to assist us for some of our requests. Overall is satisfactory and match the price.

GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!

GGuest UserI booked a room based on the results of a soccer match, so I searched for a cheap place that was available for weekend reservations.
I'm a non-smoker, so I had no choice but to choose a room that allowed smoking, but I was very satisfied with the large public bath and the room, which had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji.
Breakfast was less crowded than I expected, so I was able to eat it, and they even refilled my water bottle!
I was impressed with the service, which really increased my satisfaction with my trip!
