The bed is super comfortable, not too firm. It's also very quiet at night. Every day, the housekeeper messages to ask if we need cleaning or any amenities. There's also a dryer and luggage storage service on the 15th floor. The room comes with disposable towels, toiletries, and slippers. Basic tea supplies are also provided.

Overall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

I stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights, and its location is incredibly easy to find! The daytime view is surprisingly stunning, offering a much wider perspective. The distant Lotus Mountain range meanders beautifully, truly a fantastic spot nestled by the mountains and facing the water! The lovely breakfast instantly put me in a great mood! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and attentive. Thank you!

I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

We were upgraded to a family room, which was very spacious with a large 1.8-meter bed and a smaller bed, perfect for families with children. I really liked the simple and elegant decor of the room. Although the balcony didn't offer a sea view, it was lovely to enjoy the sea breeze, and we could even see fireworks on the beach at night from there. The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but there's an inflatable castle for kids to play in the water, which my child absolutely loved and went to for two consecutive days. However, the indoor soft play area was quite small, and my child quickly lost interest. Also, children over 1.2 meters had to pay extra for the hotel's breakfast buffet, which was a bit of a letdown.

Late check-out is possible depending on circumstances. Hot water and internet speed are stable, staff are efficient, and overall the stay was very comfortable. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxation. The sea view is superb; quietly watching the sea is very therapeutic. The room is well-equipped and clean, transportation is convenient, and it's easy to arrange meals independently.

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
