Hamamatsu Hotels with Free Breakfast

The location is a little far from the station, but since I went by car, it wasn't a problem at all, the room was spacious, and although the breakfast buffet didn't have a large variety, most of the items were tasty, so I was very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

It's really close to the station and very convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. They offer one free drink during happy hour, and they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. They also have soft drinks. The amenity bar has some decent bath salts. There's a large public bath, which is small, but it was larger than it looked in the pictures. It was during the Obon period, but when I arrived at 7pm, there was no one there, so we had the place to ourselves. The room had a lovely combination of wallpaper and curtains. Breakfast was served in a bright venue with the morning sun streaming in, which was very pleasant. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. It's an exciting hotel with many rental items. The staff worked very hard.

The room was spacious, and I loved the dimly lit lounge area before entering both the indoor and outdoor hot springs. Plus, the hotel boasts a pool with lake views! 👍 The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and as a vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious options. The Vegetarian Lasagna was particularly good! To top it off, the hotel lobby on the ground floor even offered complimentary drinks and snacks for three hours during certain periods – what a pleasant surprise! More importantly, the hotel is located on the shores of Lake Hamana in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture. It's a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. As someone who enjoys morning runs, the lakeside trail was perfect for jogging. Amenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast. There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.

The hotel was very close to the station, which was great. I also liked that the single rooms were more spacious than those in other chain hotels. As it was a long holiday weekend, breakfast was a bit crowded, so I recommend going with plenty of time.

It is not very far from the station, it is quite convenient, but it seems that because the facilities are old, it smells like it is. Then it is because the chain stores are pushing their membership cards, and then they are not particularly enthusiastic when they check in. You need to check in independently.

We booked in October for our family of three, hoping to enjoy the view of Lake Hamana and explore the surrounding area at the end of the year. The weather was beautiful, the view from our hotel room window was beautiful, and the room was larger than we expected, allowing three adults to relax comfortably. We had requested parking, so we were able to easily bring our luggage in. We ended up going out a bit late in the evening, but the large public bath was open until midnight, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak. It's conveniently located near the station. The hotel is a little old, and there weren't many electrical outlets, so I'm giving it four stars. The staff were all very kind, and I'd definitely like to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed overnight. The staff were all friendly, energetic, and extremely helpful. All rooms have a lake view, offering a panoramic view of Lake Hamana. It was beautiful and relaxing at any time of the day. The dinner buffet was absolutely amazing! The eel was so fluffy and delicious! I'd go back just for that! lol They had a daily welcome drink? And all-you-can-eat candy ice cream... The service was also impeccable, so I highly recommend it!

Everything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts. Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm. Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread. Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy. I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
