We are not going to the ski season, many services are suspended, but the clerk gave us a lot of tips

MMichelleFor two people, the room is relatively large in Japan. It is quite far from the ski resort, but there is a bus to pick up and drop off at fixed points. Just pay attention to the bus time. It is still very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared with surrounding areas. It is good to skate at night. If you are studious, you can take a bath both indoors and outdoors. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, you will see Mt. Yotei. It is beautiful. Breakfast is included in the room reservation, but it is not mentioned on Ctrip.

The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's ski valet is a major reason why we ski here; it saves so much effort when you're tired from skiing. Last year, I remember there were enthusiastic staff members who helped with putting on and taking off ski boots; it seems that service isn't available this year. It would be even better if it were! 😄 Thank you! 🙏

GGuest UserWonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

GGuest UserThe view from the room is really beautiful! The private hot spring is also very comfortable. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Yotei while soaking in the hot spring in the room!
The room rate includes breakfast and dinner. The dinner is still very good, but the breakfast is too monotonous. The Japanese style is slightly different every day, but the Chinese food is the same every day, and the ingredients are too simple.
You can also enjoy the mountain view while eating in the restaurant, and the same is true in the lobby! In short, the scenery is so beautiful!
There are Chinese-speaking waiters at the front desk, which is very convenient for consulting information and booking a car.
In short, it is a very good hotel! Highly recommended!

The view from the room is absolutely unbeatable. This apartment is perfect for families, featuring three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a living area with plenty of functional space. It was very clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home.

__M1356639****This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets. What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk. He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko. Grateful for the encounter!

Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc.
We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos.
The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel.
The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware.
The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance. 
This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko.

JJasonsyhA very affordable lodge to book if you intend to snowboard/ski for long! Although location is slightly far from hirafu and other mountains, they offer bus services there. Also there is free shuttle buses back from the mountains which stops opposite the lodge!

The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.
