The bath was bigger than I thought, and it was in a rental condition in the morning and night. The futon was very hard on the mattress, and I slept well. The room was small and I was glad that there was a sense of security like my parents' home, but first I smelled the smell of the toilet. Typicsl business hotel in a convenient location right opposite the train station. Staff was friendly ans helpful, not as fluent in English. The room was decently sized bit not really soundproof. You could hear neighbours talking.

Easy to live

If you want location and restaurants then this is a 10/10. Tottori gotta be in the top 10 for Japanese restaurants. There’s so many great places to eat. Wish I had planned for an extra day. They are all within 1/4 block from hotel. And Tottori is a quiet town with 100% Japanese culture. Several small supermarkets and train station is a 5 minute walk. Hotel breakfast was better than most hotels and had a variety of options. Room was okay. The best thing about the room is it’s not missing a single thing. There’s even a small washer/dryer and vending machine next to elevator. I recommend staying 😃

It was a little disappointing that water was leaking from the grip part of the shower head and the washlet could not be used. I didn't like that the parking lot and other visible areas were full of spider webs. It's close to a convenience store, but you have to go back to the main street to find restaurants, so I thought it would be a good idea to finish everything before checking in. I was really worried about noises like footsteps coming from above. The food was delicious.
