Manisha BThe service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

vivian199791The room was spotless and smelled lovely everywhere. It's really close to Incheon Airport, and there's a shuttle bus every half hour, which was super convenient. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay longer, but I definitely want to bring my whole family back next time! My only regret is not being able to get a BTS room card; the guy at the front desk tried hard to find one the day before, but they were all out.

What a great place to stay for families. The staff was nice and welcoming upon arrival and accommodated our request of having our three rooms nearby. The interior and bathrooms were well appointed with gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the lobby. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

YU__TINGThis was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Korea. The surprise hit the moment we walked into the room; we seriously thought the front desk had given us the wrong one. We had only booked a special-offer room and even asked them to switch it to two twin beds, so seeing a suite immediately made us think we were causing too much trouble and needed to get a cheaper room instead. So, we trekked all the way back to the front desk – and I mean *all the way*, because the room was really, really far from reception. But the staff told us the room was correct, no upgrade, they were just that amazing. We were absolutely stunned. For under $200, we got a five-star suite in Korea. This room made the subsequent $300-ish rooms we stayed in feel like we were sleeping in a public restroom.
So yes, the room was genuinely excellent. And the surrounding facilities were incredibly comprehensive; it is a resort after all, with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and activities. There's even a casino, though I didn't go. There must be at least a dozen restaurants; we tried two. The prices weren't much higher either.
There's a water park too, which the front desk helped us book at a special rate. The funny thing was, just as we were about to leave, I couldn't find my swim trunks, so only my son got to go. According to him, there weren't many options or people, so he could play quietly by himself. I found my swim trunks just before check-out, under the pillow. I had specifically put them there the night before, ready to wear, and then completely forgot. Fate certainly has a sense of humor.
A great place, well worth a visit.

- Great location - shuttle bus takes five mins from the T2 to hotel
- Hotel staff are polite and professional
- Fast check-in/check-out
- Breakfast buffet is very good
- Be careful: there're no toothbrushes provided by hotel, need to buy them downstairs in the convenience store
- The hotel shuttle bus leaves from T2 at gate 4 (you will find the sign as you exit), I attach the picture of the schedule as of the time of writing
Overall: easy to get to, very near airport, great breakfast, easy to find and board the shuttle bus

Anonymous UserI arrived at the hotel late at night. A taxi from the airport cost 13,000 won, which isn't cheap for less than 4 kilometers. When checking in, they said the triple room could only accommodate two people. Since I had a child, I had to pay an extra 20,000 won per day in taxes, which was quite annoying – even more expensive than the taxi ride.
The room itself was probably larger than rooms in the city center. It had a massage chair, but I didn't try it. Breakfast was included, but there wasn't much to eat – mostly instant noodle machines where you could make your own, along with milk and bread.
There's a convenience store near the hotel, and the Airport Express subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, which isn't super close. Along the way, there are some malls and restaurants. Finally, taking the subway to Seoul Station in the city center takes about an hour and costs less than 30,000 won, which is definitely more cost-effective than taking a taxi to the city center late at night.

The hotel name on my booking was Best Western Harbor Park Hotel, but the sign only said Harbor Park Hotel. When I checked in, I asked if it was the Best Western and the front desk staff said no. It was only when I showed them my passport that they confirmed it was indeed the right hotel. Otherwise, I would have been wandering around with my luggage trying to find it. The facilities are what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is Western-style, but there's no bacon or scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs. The only meat options were sashimi and some sausages, and it was quite expensive. The ocean view rooms face Incheon Port and are right next to a major transport road, but the soundproofing on the windows is good, so the noise isn't too bad. The hotel is about 200 meters from Line 1 of the subway, making transportation quite convenient.

xqlsThe hotel shuttle was convenient and always on time. For Terminal 2, the pickup point is right outside Exit 8a, but the hotel sign isn't very obvious, so keep an eye out for it. Although it's rated as a 4-star hotel, it's quite old and offers very poor value for money. It's suitable for travelers on a layover who aren't too particular about the environment. Also, be very careful when booking non-refundable rates. I had a change in travel plans and lost a significant amount of money because the hotel wouldn't issue a refund.

Guest UserThe location was a bit out of the way from the main street, which was a little inconvenient, but the facilities and room condition were excellent, probably because it's a new building. However, I couldn't sleep all night due to the thumping noise from the upstairs room, probably because of poor soundproofing. This might be a hit-or-miss situation, but the front desk's response was a bit disappointing.

The worst mattress ever. Could not sleep. And service terrible. Front desk clerk missing from 8 to 8 nobody unt the evening. During the day rarely somebody there. Room smaller but the worst is the mattress. I could fill every spring. I think that was the box spring not the mattress itself. No shuttle even if they advertised. It doesn’t exist. So the front desk said. Not wanting to stay again here 🥹
