"This is a solid, reasonably priced business hotel in Incheon. The room is tiny but quiet and with a comfortable bed. Excellent multilingual service from the front desk. The included breakfast is substantial with good coffee available. Just a shame it ends at 9.30am even on a Sunday. The hotel is in a handy location close to transport, dining and a large supermarket."

"The room was beautiful, exactly like the photos, and even came with a hair straightener. The only minor issue was the water temperature, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold. I never quite figured out a stable temperature, but it wasn't a deal-breaker, and I could still shower without too much trouble. The common area was small but lovely, and complimentary drinks were provided. Although the hotel staff weren't very fluent in English, they were incredibly helpful. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity for food and other necessities, but most of the shop assistants don't speak English, which can be a bit challenging if you don't speak Korean. Overall, a very good stay!"

XXiaotangtangguanThis hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, which is perfect for catching a flight. The breakfast was pretty good too. There were quite a few guests, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The soundproofing is decent, so you're not overly bothered by planes taking off and landing. We checked in quite late on our arrival day and were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice bonus!

GGuest UserVery clean, great environment. The hotel is spotless and in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and quiet, and the hygiene is excellent. It was a fantastic stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserHuge thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading me to the Hwiyoung Suite! The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The location is absolutely perfect – it's just a three-minute walk to Inspire Arena. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town for a concert.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Unseo Station. On the way, you'll find Olive Young and Photoism, and there are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a minute's walk. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and everything is very clean. They even provide a hair straightener, which is a nice touch – just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The remote control is great; you can control the AC, lights, and TV all with one click! Getting to APF is easy too, just a bus ride away. They do lend out universal adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, just a ten-minute taxi ride in the morning. The front desk staff were very nice and didn't even require a security deposit for check-in. However, the room was very eco-friendly, lacking basic amenities like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries.

GGuest UserSolid hotel with great harbor views. Convenient location if you arrive in Incheon by ship and close to Incheon Station as well. 711 and a bus stop right outside definitely a big plus.
Early check in was possible in my case (for an extra fee of 11,000 KRW per hour).
Seoul proper is quite far but perfect location to stay in Incheon for a while.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and allowed me to check in 3h early as there was a vacant room.
But I had a REALLY BAD experience of the room. From the moment i entered, there was one set of lights that kept turning off and on again periodically. I didn't mind that at first as there were other lights in the room. But when it was time to sleep, I switched off all the lights and went to bed. Throughout the night, the lights just turned on and off on its own. When i tried adjusting the light settings, the panel felt overheated and pressing the buttons sometimes did not have any effect. Did not tell the staff as it was already 2am by then and I would be checking out at 6am.
I would have been ok with a malfunctioning set of lights that cannot be switched on. But for lights to just turn on and off as if they have a mind of their own, its completely unacceptable.

GGuest UserI was assigned a room on the third floor, and the carpet was a bit dirty. The facilities were just so-so. On the second night of my stay, an elderly tour group mistook my door for theirs and knocked, which was quite startling. I opened the door to check their key card and realized they were from the hotel next door. Since both hotels share the same front desk and are in the same building, it's easy to get confused. I'd advise everyone checking in to pay close attention (the front desk on the far left is for Wyndham Days, while the one on the right is for Howard Johnson. If you're still unsure, as shown in picture 2, Howard Johnson's key cards are orange, and Wyndham's are green). On the bright side, it's very, very close to Unseo subway station, and the fried chicken nearby is delicious. Plus, there's a CU convenience store directly across from the hotel downstairs, making transportation super convenient. I'd recommend it as a temporary stay if you're catching a flight. There's also an Olive Young downstairs where you can buy cosmetics.

MmailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
