오션스테이 e7인더시티는
대체로 기대이상으로 만족하고 있는 숙박시설입니다.
청결,시설,서비스..만족도가 큽니다.
우리커플이 강릉/속초를 즐겨 다니기에 더할나위없이 위치는 좋구요.
고층으로 올라갈수록 하프뷰든,오션뷰든,마운틴뷰든
고층뷰는 좋더라구요.
그런데 요번에는 요청사항에 고층요구를 했음에도 저층은 아니지만, 9층에 배정 되었고, 프라이버시 가림막으로 뷰를 느끼지못했어요.
그래서 서비스에서 별하나 뺐구요,
요번 룸에서는 욕실 붉은 곰팡이라든지,
배드 쬐끔한 오염과 투숙객의 잔여 쓰레기가 하나 있었구,
발판패드도 빠져있어서
청결도에서도 별하나는 뺏어요.
조금 더 신경써주세요!!

They were very friendly
The way to the hotel
I started from Daepo Port
and it was dark because it was past 11 o'clock
The road was a bit difficult and I was a little confused if I was going the right way
But I slowly found it
I was kindly guided and went in
I was disappointed because I paid a little more than the first time
But I was satisfied after going in
The hallway was clean and the room was spacious and clean even though it was for 3 people
Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, body wash
Towels, tissues, etc. were cleanly prepared
And it was nice because it was quiet
It was a little disappointing because it was on the first floor like a basement
But it was dark so I couldn't see outside so it didn't matter
When I looked in the morning, I could see a low mountain
The weather was nice and I felt good
I had a quiet rest and I feel like going again.

GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel without much expectations, it was clean and the service was good, so I was satisfied with my trip. The water in Osaek Carbonated Hot Springs is so good that the fatigue accumulated from hiking disappears and the refreshing feeling lasts a long time even after returning home.^^
