Amazing
CChihakuWent there to recharge for a night and I can stay that there are only 2 things that disappointed me there.First, we happen to be placed besides a room that has a baby crying nonstop at 2am in the morning and 2nd, the crispy wings are super small like it came from a tiny bantam chicken. Though the pizza and other items in their bfast buffet are all super delicious.
For the positives, the staff are all very courteous and friendly. Room is clean and spacious with complete ammenities though it is not that soundproof since we can hear the crying baby next door at 2am.
The animals are the stars of my stay and they are so entertaining and very eager to chow down the feeds. I can probably stay there for the entire day if not for the rain that comes and goes.
Over all I'll be glad to stay at their hotel again and just vibe with the geese, chicken and the peacocks.
RRianne JoyThe facilities and amenities at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was clean and looked brand new, which was definitely a plus. The staff who assisted us to our room and the team at Kuna Cafe, where we had breakfast, were both friendly and helpful, making those experiences enjoyable.
However, the reception staff left much to be desired. Despite being the only guests in the lobby during our check in time, we were left waiting for an extended period, and the hospitality skills seemed lacking. Our frustration grew later in the evening when we called reception to inquire about reheating some food. We wanted to know if there was a microwave available and whether we could use it, but no one followed up with an answer. This delay left us having to go out at 10pm to buy food for our hungry child, which was very disappointing. Itās clear that the reception could greatly improve their customer service and communication skills.
Overall, while the hotel itself was pleasant, the reception and customer service experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the facilities.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the hotel. Hindi namin inexpect that inside, the interior was really good. The staff are approachable naman and nice but sadly, when I requested sa reception for the shower heater to be checked, the operator said, he'll come pero walang pumunta sa room namin to check and address our concern. The food was okay, masarap din. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I just hope sa shower magawan nila ng paraan kaso baka dahil malamig lng tlaga during that time kasi december. Thank you fynn botique hotel. We look forward coming back. God bless!
WWrecks21It was a memorable stay with my family as it was my wife's birthday. I booked it less than a month before our stay and I was only able to get the Attic room. The room was very spacious with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Unfortunately, the attic room with veranda was not available on our chosen date. I also indicated in the booking that it was my wife's birthday so at least I was expecting balloons or a slice of cake (which all of the hotels that we went to provide) ready when we enter the room. But nothing, I'm not sure if they don't really do this at their hotel. Food was great and the children enjoyed the indoor pool. Though they offered free shuttle service around the property but since the roads are steep it may be burdensome to take a quick stroll around the property if you want to get some fresh air and a little bit of exercise while enjoying the view of the tall lake. We also played bowling and they also have table tennis and billiards as well. The property also has a baroque style Chapel which is perfect for weddings. If you want to book a room, better if you book the lake view if available. The interior of the main building was magnificent, with wooden floors and oversized wooden doors. The huge foyer with what looks like a handcrafted wooden chandelier really gives the place a cozy and rustic feel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the only thing is that they need to work on how to make the stay more personal to the guests. A little extra mile of having prepared something like a simple decoration of balloons and birthday greetings would have been nice. For a hotel that normally has wedding, birthday, Christening events they should have something always available for them to use.
GGuest UserWe booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bedāthere is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading.
We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort.
Additionally, the TV wasnāt working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given.
Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weakāI had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection.
While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.
GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at,
but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didnāt say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we werenāt able to try most of the restaurantās menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels weāve stayed at. š We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. Weāll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.
AAnonymous UserTaal Vista is a good place to stay when youāre in Tagaytay. Thereās nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If youāre after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

MMark Laurence OadanI booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.
Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway!
Thank you, Villa Ibarra, for an amazing experience!
AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderfulāpeaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
