Daoye☀️This was my second stay here, and my only reason for choosing this hotel is its convenient access to the golf course. The duvet was heavy and felt a bit damp. When I checked in, two male staff members initially told me I had to wait until 3 PM, but after I mentioned it wasn't my first time staying, they immediately said 11 AM was fine. Everything else was acceptable. There's an issue with the light in room 327. As for the shower water temperature, you'd need to be a genius to get it just right – it kept fluctuating between cold and hot.

The Journey Hotel Bangna won't be troubling any five-star lists anytime soon, and honestly, it doesn't need to. What it offers is something arguably more valuable, a clean, comfortable, and straightforward stay that ticks every box a travelling family requires, without any unnecessary fuss.
Let's be upfront about the location. Bangna is not central Bangkok, and if you are hoping to step outside and find yourself immersed in the buzz of the city, you may need to adjust your expectations. Getting into the heart of Bangkok requires a little planning and some travel time. That said, for families who are happy to use the hotel as a relaxed base and venture out on their own terms, it really isn't a problem.
The rooms are simple and no-frills, but they are well kept and perfectly comfortable for a family. Everything you need is there, and that is genuinely the best way to describe this hotel. It doesn't over-promise, and it delivers on what matters. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which always goes a long way.
For families travelling on a sensible budget who want reliability over luxury, the Journey Hotel Bangna is a solid and honest choice. We left feeling content, rested, and well looked after. Sometimes that is all you need from a hotel, and the Journey delivers it with ease.

The location is a bit far from the city, and with traffic, it usually takes about an hour to get there. It's not particularly close to the airport either. However, the stay itself was quite good; it's next to a golf course, so it's quiet, and you can even watch flamingos!

HaveFeetWillTravelI absolutely loved the airport shuttle service. Running every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, it is incredibly convenient and even allows you to easily pop over to the airport to grab a bite or do some shopping during your stay.
The room itself was decent, though I have a few suggestions for improvement. The shower pipe protrudes a bit too much, making it easy to accidentally bump it and change the water temperature or turn it off entirely while showering. Additionally, the blackout curtains and the fabric on the bed frame feel quite outdated and had noticeable stains.
Service at the front desk was perfectly fine, but I found the attentiveness of the staff at the doors, lifts, and shuttles to be inconsistent. While I want to offer this feedback constructively, I noticed a distinct difference in the level of proactive service provided. The staff in these areas appeared significantly more welcoming and helpful toward certain guests. I hope management can use this feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality for all visitors regardless of their background.

217121I like it a lot here, great service, room is neat, high standards, shower is perfect, swimming pool is big, breakfast is nice and its a pretty good price.
Only one thing, it was noisy in the morning, ppl chatting, slamming the doors, wheeling bags and stuff. I was asleep so it was kinda annoying.

Mariia _PrusakovaA good, new, clean, and comfortable hotel, just 15 minutes from the airport. They offer a scheduled shuttle service to and from the airport. The king-size bed was huge (about 2 meters wide), the linens were fresh and clean, and the pool was excellent. There's also a restaurant and a shop with essentials, and a 7/11 is just 10 minutes away.

Guest UserNot as close to airport as lead to believe ... 20 too 25 minutes away . The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area which is ok if being used as a transit hotel . The hotel is very well presented & clean & the staff are very friendly & helpful . The breakfast was basic with not a lot of options but ok again for a transit hotel . The bed was very very hard .. the most uncomfortable hotel bed ever . A pity because the staff were great but I won't be using this hotel as a stopover option again .

Saud.AlqahtaniHonestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent.
بصراحة ما سكنت عندهم لكن زرتهم قبل لا اسكن وسمحت لي باسترداد نقدي تقريبا بيت عائلي بتأجير غرف فوق
The rooms are clean from the inside but not so tidy from the outside, but the family's morals are very wonderful.
الغرف من الداخل نظيفة ولكن من الخارج نوعا ما ليست مرتبة لكن اخلاق العائلة رائعة جدا

AhculawI recently stayed at this hotel during the amnesty period and was disappointed. The receptionist didn’t smile, and though her words were polite, her tone and expression were unfriendly, leaving a poor first impression.
I paid 1,895 baht for my room, and it didn’t meet expectations. The room was old and not well-maintained, with outdated facilities like a poor-quality hair dryer. I found leftover shampoo caps and a used body sponge in the bathroom, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. For the price, I expected much better.
On a positive note, the decoration throughout the lobby, hallway, and exterior is good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the theater and parking were excellent and attentive.
The hotel offers a theater with shows and a 24-hour jazz bar, which are great features, but there’s no discount for guests. I’d recommend visiting for the entertainment but staying elsewhere.
