Xiamen Spa Hotels

From the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming. The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

This isn't my first time staying here, and I really love it; the experience is consistently great. The breakfast selection changes a bit daily, always featuring authentic Southern Fujian specialties. There's a wide variety and the food tastes excellent. The room is also very dorm-like, quiet, and the bed is fantastic, leading to naturally high-quality sleep. The only minor downside is that the pool isn't very big, but the water quality is excellent. Also, our butler, Merry, took great care of us. For example, she'd ask what we wanted refilled in the minibar and prepared turn-down service nightly before we came back (which included a pre-sleep dessert, a floor mat next to the bed, and indoor slippers).

We booked a family room, which had an extra small bed combined with the main one, perfect for us traveling with two young children. The theme was Xiamen Airlines, though it was a bit disappointing that the headboard didn't have the airplane pattern shown when I booked online. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including an infinity pool. Although there isn't a separate children's pool, the water isn't deep, so our kids still had a great time! The breakfast we booked also offered a good variety and the food was tasty. The hotel even sells Xiamen Airlines merchandise, and guests get a discount, which is a nice touch. The only minor drawback for me was the parking lot; our 7-seater car is quite large, and there were barely any spots big enough! Aside from that, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My stay at Xiamen C&D Hotel was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with a charming, antique-infused lobby featuring just the right amount of greenery, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained. The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.

Staying at Wyndham Xiamen Yuuzhou this time was a really great experience overall! 🥰 The hotel is super family-friendly, especially for those traveling with kids. The kids' play area was much more fun than I expected; my little one basically refused to leave once inside 😂. With plenty of facilities, parents can finally catch a bit of a break. I also loved the hotel pool – the setting was really pleasant, and the water looked quite clean. Spending an entire afternoon there with the kids was no problem at all. Having a place like this to cool off in summer is a huge plus for Xiamen 🏊🏻‍♀️ The breakfast also deserves a shout-out! There was a wide selection of both Western and Chinese options, including some local Xiamen flavors. The food wasn't just made for variety; everything tasted genuinely good. Starting the day with a satisfying meal before heading out to explore was perfect 😋 During my stay, our butler, Evelyn, also left a wonderful impression. She was always promptly available to help whenever we needed anything, and communication with her was very comfortable – none of that overly formal service. Plus, they offer free photo printing, which I absolutely adored! ❤️ The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with children. Minimizing hassle is truly the greatest happiness! Overall, I feel that Wyndham Xiamen Yuuzhou is a hotel perfectly suited for families. You eat well, have fun, and stay comfortably. Even though Xiamen can be hot, playing around the hotel never felt boring 🌴. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Xiamen. The overall experience was really great!

The gym environment is great, and I felt refreshed after my workout. All the equipment was in good working order. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by hallway noise, and there was plenty of storage. The front desk staff were efficient and processed my invoice quickly. The cleaning staff were thorough, and the surrounding amenities were complete. I had a very satisfying stay.

Our family had never been to Xiamen before, so we weren’t quite sure where to stay. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to choose the TUI BLUE Royal Oceanview Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, even with the language barrier. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the friendliness of the entire team—from the hotel chauffeurs to the wonderful waitresses in the breakfast restaurant—made us feel truly at home. We booked two rooms, and both were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious. We were especially impressed by the hotel management’s attention to detail and how attentive they were to our needs as guests. We also loved spending time at the enormous and beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the hot springs. To make our stay even more enjoyable, the reception staff and manager went above and beyond by helping us arrange bookings for Underwater World. Our family had such a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider returning in the near future. This was my first stay at the Pan Pacific Xiamen, and I was really impressed. The staff were all incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. A special thanks goes to Manager Zeng at the front desk, who assigned a room that perfectly suited my preferences, making my stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel's location is also fantastic – right next to a subway entrance and bus stops, with everything you could need nearby. It's also very close to Dongdu Wharf and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which was incredibly convenient.

Out of my two-week trip, the Renaissance Xiamen Hotel was what I was looking forward to the most 🏨, but reality hit us hard. This was, surprisingly, the most disappointing stay of the entire journey. 👇 💢 **Noise Nightmare** Late at night, guests upstairs were still jumping around 💃, and then in the early hours, I was woken up by the chattering of the aunties next door 🗣️. I spent the entire night in torment 😫. After complaining, the front desk actually blamed the parents?! ”We can't control children jumping around.” This response definitely deserves a bad review 🙅‍♀️. 💢 **Service Fails** I asked for two bowls when checking in 🥣, but even this simple request was messed up ❌. What's worse: I asked for them around 10 PM when I checked in, and they didn't arrive until almost midnight 🕛. The efficiency was simply abysmal. 💢 **Chaotic Environment** The hotel entrance was crowded with vendors' stalls 💥. Is this really a five-star hotel? 🤔 ✨ **Only Positives** The bedding was indeed comfortable 🛏️, and the breakfast selection was quite rich 🥐. The decor was truly distinctive (too bad I had no mood for photos 📸). **Summary:** Came with high expectations, left utterly disappointed 😔. Suggest avoiding this one! ‼️
