They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming. The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jimei Seaview for a business trip, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

During my summer stay, the hotel was very busy, and we encountered a minor hiccup during check-in. However, Yulia actively coordinated and efficiently resolved the issue, making us feel completely at ease with her handling of the situation. It's clear that the hotel's service goes beyond the superficial; they genuinely listen to guests' perspectives when issues arise. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and the family-friendly amenities were excellent. I absolutely have to give this hot spring sea-view hotel a big thumbs-up! The hot spring overlooks the ocean, and soaking in the thermal waters while listening to the waves just washes all the tiredness away. The decor is very tasteful, the room is clean and tidy, and every detail shows great care. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and the sea-view restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and I will definitely come back to stay again!

It mainly featured mini hot pots, along with an abundance of crayfish. The variety of dishes was impressive, with seafood, hot dishes, and desserts all available. The ingredients were super fresh, and we left feeling very satisfied. The breakfast buffet the next day was also excellent. **Environment:** The location is another big plus, being very close to the beach, making it super convenient for a stroll. We had a comfortable stay throughout, making it our top choice for a family vacation with kids. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!
