ShenduliulangThe hotel is a new hotel. The decoration is more beautiful and the materials are solid. Warm service. You can go to the airport to pick up and drop off.

After arriving, there were four or five front desk staff to greet us. Some spoke English, some spoke Chinese (not very fluently), but they were all very warm and helpful. It felt like home! Drinks and snacks in the lobby were free to use, and there were plenty of large bottles of water in the room. In short, it was very good! It was less than ten minutes' drive from the airport, and everything was good! Next time I go to Tajikistan, I will definitely stay here again!

The environment is ordinary by five-star standards, and it is obviously overpriced in Dushanbe. There may not be many international brand hotels in the area. The service attitude is very ordinary. The flight landed in the morning and I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. The front desk manager told me coldly and businesslike that there was a room, but it would cost an extra 90 US dollars to check in now, which sounded very uncomfortable. In the end, I left my luggage and went out for a walk before coming back. When the taxi arrived and left, no one helped to load the luggage. The power outage in the room was twice, and the safe was broken. Although someone was sent to repair it in time, it still felt bad.

When I saw the hotel name before booking, I thought it should be a hotel run by Chinese people. When I arrived at the destination, it turned out to be Chinese people, which made it easy for us to communicate with the locals.

This was my first time attending an investment forum in Dushanbe, and the hotel was booked by the organizers. The hotel had a great location, and the rooms were clean but a bit old. Behind the hotel was a large park with a lake, speedboats, and lots of roses; the environment was quite nice.

The room was very large and new, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle service (which is a great service for foreigners in Dushanbe where ride-hailing services are inconvenient). I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Safar Hotel for 3 days in rooms 207 and 407. Breakfast started at 8:10, but it was not at all what we expected—just simple eggs and sausages, though we were hoping for a buffet. When we asked to have breakfast prepared earlier, they flat-out refused. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the hotel staff spoke Chinese, which was nice. However, in room 407, the toilet lid was broken. We didn’t notice at first, but in the end, we were made to pay for it. Despite our explanations, they still charged us a 150 somoni fine. Long story short, we left very upset on the last day. We kindly request the hotel owners to refund the unfairly charged amount.

Guest UserThe hotel has a good location, not far from the city center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A taxi ride to the main attractions in the city costs about 10 RMB. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, and it's only a 5-minute drive from the airport without traffic. The Chinese breakfast includes three hot dishes (one meat, two vegetable, one cold dish), boiled eggs, steamed buns, and congee. The selection isn't extensive, but it's enough to fill you up. The rooms are basically well-equipped, with air conditioning, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, a toothbrush, and disposable slippers. The only drawback is that the room has a large bottle of water, but it had already been opened and I didn't dare use it. Bottled water can be bought at nearby supermarkets at cheap prices, similar to those in Chinese supermarkets. The hotel is located on the sixth and seventh floors of a building; the elevators sometimes malfunction and stop working. The hotel's Wi-Fi is unstable and frequently disconnects. This may be related to the inadequate infrastructure in Tajikistan.
