LLeeJaehakI like the facilities very much because they are clean and spacious. Basically, there is no resident staff, so you need to check the email content well. Trip.com PIN and mail PIN are different, so I was confused, but you can use the PIN from the email.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy. The receptionist must be enthusiastic, help with luggage to send guests to the room, patiently inform the breakfast time and the door card. You need to swipe your card to enter and exit the hotel door, which is very safe.

GGuest UserA decent chain hotel, worse than the domestic Holiday Inn. But the price in Italy is quite acceptable. Not close to the center of Palma, there are large shopping malls nearby. The hotel has its own restaurant. The breakfast is good, especially breakfast is provided at 6:30 in the morning, which is earlier than other hotels, making it easy to rush on the road. Sound insulation is good, no noise at night. Has its own parking lot.

Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

ММарат КурбановStayed for 1 night. Full of a pleasant hotel. Settled for a couple of hours before check-in. Staff is pleasant.
I took the room and there was a bath! There were no problems with water. Clean in the room and the hotel itself.
Breakfast is a lot of different cruissans, biscuits, cuts of meat and cheese. from hot - omlet, sausages with becon and cooked eggs. For the morning no more. The only - the coffee machine didn't work but the staff poured cappuccino anyway :)
Parma is in principle small, so to the central part to go 5-8 minutes, to the station as much as the station

GGuest UserDon't forget that the reception is located in the new hotel near the station. There, you can obtain keys and passwords from the Internet.
The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
A stable Internet is enough to watch videos from two devices at the same time.
No breakfast/coffee machine, it's not enough (
All in all, a good apartment stays there.
