Akdeniz Hotels with Free Breakfast

Excellent and clean hotel! The room was small but cozy. The bedding and towels were new and spotless. The plumbing, drainage, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The staff are responsive and friendly. Everything at breakfast was fresh and delicious. We walked to the waterfront. We really wanted to stay a bit longer, but we were pressed for time.

This hotel is located near Mersin Railway Station. There are various other hotels nearby. The rooms are clean. The power button on the remote control was broken, but I fixed it by turning off the main power.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the sea. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the details are in place. Breakfast is enjoyed on the first floor. There are many types of meals and the fruit has kiwi fruit. The staff is kind and courteous, always smiling and serving, very comfortable.

I needed to stay for 2 more days and I did not hesitate to extend my stay in this hotel. Once again I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their helpfull. They sent me a personal item forgotten in the room by mail the next day. Dear friends, I wish you good luck and prosperity!

Rating: 4.0 / 5 Stars Vibe: Convenient, clean, and surprisingly budget-friendly for a central transit stop. Located in the Akdeniz district close to the Mersin Train Station and Bus Station, Kar Hotel is a solid, practical choice for travelers looking for accessibility and a comfortable place to sleep without breaking the bank. The Highlights Prime Location: Highly convenient if you are traveling by train or bus, putting you within easy reach of the city center, local eateries, and key spots like the Mersin Port and Congress Center. Cleanliness & Comfort: Rooms are well-maintained, spotless, and equipped with essential modern comforts like reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and soundproofing to ensure a good night's rest. Value and Perks: The complimentary open buffet breakfast is a great touch to start the day, and the presence of free parking and a 24-hour front desk add a lot of ease to the stay. Room for Improvement Property Scale & Amenities: It's a modest-sized hotel rather than a sprawling resort, meaning on-site recreational facilities (like a pool) aren’t part of the package. Surrounding Area: Being close to transit hubs means the immediate neighborhood can occasionally see standard urban hustle and bustle during peak transit hours. Kar Hotel punches above its weight class for a short stopover, business trip, or transit stay in Mersin. It offers clean rooms, friendly service, great connectivity, and solid overall value.

It is a recommendation. Friendly staff, well cared and hygienic. Don't forget via trip.com booking. 😜

The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a very nice breakfast laid on for us in the morning and it was plentiful to say the least. Only issue was that the wi fi was poor and there didn’t seem to be anyway of improving this especially if you need it for work as we did. It seemed to only just be getting up and running though so I’m sure these factors will be ironed out. Good value for money I’d say

I had stayed in a dormitory for a while, so I was able to relax for the first time in a while. The place is about a 15-20 minute walk east from Mersin Station (even though it's on the train line, I couldn't hear the trains). I think the price is reasonable for a private room. Breakfast was good, with salads and hot meals (if you can choose non-smoking, that's better, because it smells). The bathroom is a shared toilet style, which is standard in Turkey.

Great hotel 🏨 It's a bit far from the center, but we know the city well, so it wasn't a problem. It's clean, cozy, and beautiful, and the room has everything you need.

The shower was broken but staff are friendly, I had a good night there although I check in at 1am, it's good they have 24hrs service. Recommend.
