"A small hotel with only 4 or 5 rooms, very clean and friendly staff. We were upgraded for free to the suite which was nice and clean the rooms are basic and have no tv’s but we didn’t find this a problem nice views and close to everything we would definitely recommend a stay there"

"We stayed in room 106. We arrived before the entrance hour but they accepted us because our room was available. The room was manageable in size and clean. The bathroom was complete and clean. The location of the hotel was beautiful. Reception staff and employees were kind. The morning breakfast was enough and beautiful. Our only problem is that there are too many bars around the hotel and they play high-speaking music until 2-2:30 a.m. When you want to sleep and rest after a tiring day, you need to wait until the music is closed. We didn't have any other problem with the hotel itself."

GGuest UserHotel is just at the beach. You will wake up and sleep in the sea :) that’s the most amazing hotel in cunda (for me). The breakfast was amazingly varied and delicious. Other than that you can access the centre of Cunda in 5 mins by walking.

Location right in the center of everything, close to the sea harbor. A bit noisy at night, but you are going to be a part of this activity.

NN.Şancıİlk defa bir işletmeye özel olarak yorum yapma ihtiyacı hissettim. Kızımla 2 gece konakladık ama zamanımız olsa kesinlikle uzatırdık. Her açıdan her şey harikaydı. Birçok yere yürüme mesafesindeydik. Gezilecek yerler ve yemek yerleri hakkında bilgilendirme mesajı attılar ilk defa gittiğimiz Ayvalık ve yakın çevresinde rahatlıkla gezebildik. Odalar, banyo her yer tertemizdi ilk defa gönül rahatlığıyla yatakta uyuduk, banyoyu kullandık. Hele kahvaltıya bayıldık! Beklentimizin çok çok üzerindeydi. Hiçbir yiyecek israf olmayacak şekilde ihtiyacınız olan her şey de vardı. Ve özellikle açık büfe düzenine de hayran kaldık. Kahvaltı yaptığımız bahçe huzur dolu. Herkes güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Odalarda ihtiyacınız olacak herşey mevcut. Seneye inşallah kızlarımla birlikte gideceğimiz içimize sinen bir yer bulduk her şey için kendilerine ve çalışanlarına çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Seneye görüşmek üzere.

GGastroteurStayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it.
The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.

ТТатьяна КитоваВ комплексе есть первая к морю линия и вторая. На первой линии закрытая беседка с мягкими подушками на мебели, качели с мягкими подушками, мангал для дров. Мы жили на второй линии. Мягких подушек не было. Утром мы увидели, что они в комнате. Почему не подготовить и не разложить их для комфорта гостей? На качели подушки так и не нашли. Не смотря на размеры кухни, в ней нет ничего. Ни плитки, ни микроволновки, ни духовки. Да бог с ними. Посуды и приборов не было никаких! То есть ни одной тарелки, вилки, ложки и бокала. Можно догадаться и все это попросить. Но я не хочу этого делать. Все должно быть предоставлено. В доме холодно. 6 января. Есть кондиционер. Но когда его включаешь, на втором этаже спать из за жары невозможно, а на первом все еще холодно. Не могла утром помыть голову из-за отсутствия горячей воды. И дикий холод в ванной. Как все пишут, запах канализации. Все это при стоимости дома около 160 долларов. Отель не мог быть построен в 2024 году, как пишут. Или все так устарело за год? Фото прилагаю. Я ждала утра, чтоб позавтракать и уехать.

AAnonymous UserI was expecting a good hotel room, what I received was a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, the main room was large and comfortable, the balcony had a partial view of the hill behind the property. The main bedroom was large with a full/queen bed, and a large wardrobe. The spare bedroom was smaller and had two twin beds.
