"We stayed in room 106. We arrived before the entrance hour but they accepted us because our room was available. The room was manageable in size and clean. The bathroom was complete and clean. The location of the hotel was beautiful. Reception staff and employees were kind. The morning breakfast was enough and beautiful. Our only problem is that there are too many bars around the hotel and they play high-speaking music until 2-2:30 a.m. When you want to sleep and rest after a tiring day, you need to wait until the music is closed. We didn't have any other problem with the hotel itself."

"Ayvalık’ta geçirdiğimiz tatilin en güzel sürprizlerinden biri bu otel oldu. Daha girişte güler yüzle karşılanmanız size doğru bir seçim yaptığınızı hissettiriyor. Odalar son derece temiz, düzenli ve konforlu. Otelin her köşesinde özen ve emek hissediliyor.
En çok etkilendiğimiz nokta ise çalışanların misafirlere gerçekten değer vermesi oldu. Kendinizi müşteri gibi değil, misafir gibi hissediyorsunuz. Kahvaltı hem lezzetli hem de oldukça çeşitliydi; kullanılan ürünlerin tazeliği hemen fark ediliyor.
Konumu sayesinde Ayvalık’ın güzelliklerine kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz, ancak otelin huzurlu atmosferi nedeniyle dışarı çıkmak bile istemeyebilirsiniz. Sessizliği, temizliği ve sıcak ortamıyla beklentimizin çok üzerine çıktı.

GGuest UserHotel is just at the beach. You will wake up and sleep in the sea :) that’s the most amazing hotel in cunda (for me). The breakfast was amazingly varied and delicious. Other than that you can access the centre of Cunda in 5 mins by walking.

Location right in the center of everything, close to the sea harbor. A bit noisy at night, but you are going to be a part of this activity.

GGastroteurStayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it.
The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.

GGuest UserA small hotel with only 4 or 5 rooms, very clean and friendly staff. We were upgraded for free to the suite which was nice and clean the rooms are basic and have no tv’s but we didn’t find this a problem nice views and close to everything we would definitely recommend a stay there

ТТатьяна КитоваВ комплексе есть первая к морю линия и вторая. На первой линии закрытая беседка с мягкими подушками на мебели, качели с мягкими подушками, мангал для дров. Мы жили на второй линии. Мягких подушек не было. Утром мы увидели, что они в комнате. Почему не подготовить и не разложить их для комфорта гостей? На качели подушки так и не нашли. Не смотря на размеры кухни, в ней нет ничего. Ни плитки, ни микроволновки, ни духовки. Да бог с ними. Посуды и приборов не было никаких! То есть ни одной тарелки, вилки, ложки и бокала. Можно догадаться и все это попросить. Но я не хочу этого делать. Все должно быть предоставлено. В доме холодно. 6 января. Есть кондиционер. Но когда его включаешь, на втором этаже спать из за жары невозможно, а на первом все еще холодно. Не могла утром помыть голову из-за отсутствия горячей воды. И дикий холод в ванной. Как все пишут, запах канализации. Все это при стоимости дома около 160 долларов. Отель не мог быть построен в 2024 году, как пишут. Или все так устарело за год? Фото прилагаю. Я ждала утра, чтоб позавтракать и уехать.

Otel isletme sahibi Sevgili Yusuf dunya iyisi Cok saygili ve efendi biri, Anlayisli ve yardim sever. Annesiyle birlikte calisiyorlar Cok tatli insanlar. Biz evimiz gibi hissettik orda kaldigimiz surece. Babalariylada Tanistik hepsi Cok iyi insanlar iyiki tanimisiz boyle guzel insanlari. Cok konuda bilgilendirdiler bizide. Otelin konumu merkezi, candeye 20-25 adim. Banyo Cok kucuk olsada idare edilebilinir. Simdiye kadar kaldigim pansiyon tarzi Hatta 3 yildizli oteller dahil, en rahat ve deliksiz uyudugum yataklar ve yastiklar bu oteldeydi! Hatta Anneme soyledim; farkettinmi yatak yorgan ve yastiklar Cok rahat ve iyi uyudum diye. O’da Evet bende farkettim dedi.
Ayrica bol cesitli kahvaltilari harika omletleri cay ve kahveleri de Cok iyiydi. Fiatlari makul. Yusufa, babasi Adnan beye, ve Annelerine de Cok Cok tesekkur ediyorum. Samimiyet guzeldir insani evinde hissettirir:)

AAnonymous UserI was expecting a good hotel room, what I received was a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, the main room was large and comfortable, the balcony had a partial view of the hill behind the property. The main bedroom was large with a full/queen bed, and a large wardrobe. The spare bedroom was smaller and had two twin beds.
