Next to the Stonebriar Centre shopping mall, our informal hotel is an eight-minute walk from the Dr. Pepper Ballpark and a mile from the Sam Rayburn Tollway. A variety of shops and restaurants are a short walk away.
Our streamlined, colorful rooms offer Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus microwaves and minifridges.
Amenities include an outdoor pool and a fitness center as well as our hip lobby lounge with a billiard table. Parking and breakfast are on us.
"Actually I booked it due to Hilton name, but it is really not good enough, very small room and the bed it very loosely. The most hate is the Wi-Fi, never log in. I hope it will be improved."
GGuest UserIt was a very comfortable 5 days~ The bedding was comfortable and safe. Especially the breakfast was very delicious and fresh. If you come back, you will choose this place.
KKemahThis is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room smelled so fresh like fresh laundry. Everything was spotless. I saw housekeeping multiple times during our stay so there was always some cleaning going on. I am beyond satisfied.
Lloganm818This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.
SSHISimple hotel with relatively new decoration. The breakfast was hearty, the vegetable omelette was great, and a variety of fruits. There is a parking lot. Can add an extra bed. There is a super-large mall within one kilometer, which can't be completed in half a day.
GGuest UserFor this time the front desk guys were so nice! Polite and eficient! (They were not the same as last time).
The breakfast is good, also the guest laundry each has 2 pairs of nice machines.
O got a bigger room this time, but still with the lights to much poor! Even hard to organize your luggage at night time.
But I recomend the hotel anyway.
GGuest UserI stayed for 2 weeks on a business trip, and I couldn't get housekeeping service because of the corona. Towels and bedspreads were available whenever requested. Friendly reception. Convenient location for shopping
BBrittanyNice looking and functional hotel.
I think this hotel could exceed expectations if a few things were added/changed. 1. The a/c throughout the hotel and in the rooms/bathrooms should be lowered tremendously. Especially in the warmer times of the year. 2. The parking garage should have some attachment to the hotel or at least make self parking free for guests. 3. It would be nice if the hotel had a pool for kids or guests to utilize. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a nice bar/lobby
NnanaynwThe hotel environment is quite nice, but many things in the hotel room are broken. The bathroom exhaust fan and ventilation system are not working, the microwave is unusable, and the room phone doesn't work. Additionally, the staff's progress is very slow, and they only take action after being repeatedly urged. Therefore, I can only give it two stars.
