GGuest UserVery nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all.
Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

KKeile charlesI can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

GGuest UserI was really happy with our stay. 2 small things, we didn't have our free waters, and they put mattress toppers on the bed, but they are really soft, so it's very uncomfortable because the mattress isn't great. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

SSandy CherryIt is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!

JJackouThe hotel is not bad, clean, and the price is very reasonable. However, they started repairing the roof early in the morning. Although the announcement in July said that it would be completed in 4 weeks, it was not completed until September 2009. Fortunately, it was completed after getting up. Open it up, otherwise a lot of people will complain!

GGuest UserConvenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.

GGuest UserThe best and most comfortable hotel chain in the US trip is sleep inn. The bed and quilt are quite comfortable, the breakfast is really rich, the quality of the passengers is high, clean and hygienic, here is a bit biased to find a little.
