This hotel's design truly prioritizes guest comfort, with thoughtful, customer-centric service details evident everywhere – which is fantastic. For example, there's a spacious independent drying area, plus a shoe washer and dryer. When my child's shoes got dirty, the staff kindly helped wash, dry, and hang them, so they were ready to wear when we returned from our outing. The hotel's location is also great; it's not far from West Street by foot, but it's still quiet. It's best to pre-book taxis as it can get quite congested during peak hours. The rooftop offers a very pleasant view, and the Pushi restaurant downstairs has a good variety of dishes and quality food. Overall, it's definitely worth another visit!

The hygiene was absolutely top-notch, and the environment was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The rooftop observation deck offers fantastic photo opportunities. It truly felt like home, very warm and cozy. Even on the second floor, the views were great. My kids especially loved the big bathtub, and the hotel was so thoughtful to even provide bath bombs. Breakfast was served in the mornings, afternoon tea in the afternoons, and sweet mung bean soup was available in the evenings – all complimentary and a really nice touch! On the first floor, there's a game room and a pool for kids to relax and play. But the absolute best part was the front desk staff, especially the ladies. They were super helpful, even assisting with booking taxis. Every time we came back from an outing, they'd ask if we were thirsty and reminded us to drink water, and we could take as much water as we wanted. Huge thanks to them! Oh, and the rice noodles for breakfast were absolutely delicious! 😋

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were consistently polite and helpful, responding promptly to any requests. The room featured a KingKoil mattress, which was just the right firmness – I could feel the travel fatigue melt away as soon as I lay down, ensuring a perfectly comfortable night's sleep. The room itself was clean and tidy, with all amenities well-maintained and easy to use. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes. Everything was fresh and the diverse flavors catered to all preferences. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and the overall environment was elegant and peaceful, creating a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient for getting around, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short trips. Overall, both the hardware quality and service standards were excellent, providing a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. With superior bedding, a fantastic breakfast, and attentive service, the overall value for money is outstanding. ♥️ One of the best hotels in the Yangshuo area! During this trip, we stayed at four different hotels in Yangshuo and the surrounding area, so we definitely have something to compare it with. And I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels of our entire trip! The hotel is not located in the town itself, but in the incredibly beautiful countryside surrounding Yangshuo, right among the famous karst mountains. In my opinion, this is exactly where you should stay if you are coming to this region for its spectacular nature and iconic scenery. The views are absolutely breathtaking! The karst mountains surround you almost 360 degrees. You open the curtains in the morning and the scenery in front of you is simply unforgettable. Having stayed in four different places in this area, we can genuinely compare, and these were some of the most beautiful views we experienced during our entire trip. The hotel itself is completely new, and you can feel it in every detail. The rooms are huge, modern and extremely spacious. Everything is new, spotless and of excellent quality. I especially want to mention the wonderful bed linen, beautiful high-quality towels and the overall quality of everything in the room. It is a genuinely comfortable and pleasant place to stay. A very special thank you to the staff. The service was exceptional. Everyone treated us with incredible warmth, attention and genuine care. They would even message us on WeChat in the morning to ask if we were awake and invite us to come for breakfast. ♥️ Small gestures like this make you feel truly welcome and cared for. Another highlight is the swimming pool with an incredible panoramic view of the karst mountains. It is probably one of the best places for photos. Swimming while surrounded by this extraordinary landscape is a very special experience. Upstairs there is also a beautiful café with panoramic views and lovely photo spots. The hotel grounds themselves have many beautifully designed areas for taking pictures. If you love photography and want to take some truly spectacular photos during your trip, you will absolutely love this place. The location is also very convenient for exploring the surrounding countryside. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel and easily visit many of the beautiful natural attractions nearby. Riding through the countryside surrounded by the karst mountains becomes an experience in itself. But above all, what made our stay truly special was the people who work here. We are sincerely grateful to the entire team for their hospitality, kindness, help and the genuinely warm way they treated us throughout our stay. Yangshuo Sugarhouse has always been a hotel I've wanted to visit, and a serendipitous opportunity finally brought me here, marking my first trip to Yangshuo. True to its pictures, it's exactly as you've seen it. Admittedly, it's no longer a new hotel, and I had some reservations beforehand, as similar-priced hotels in the same category might offer larger, more luxurious options. However, for design enthusiasts, Sugarhouse is special; it's a destination in itself. My first impression was that the hotel is reasonably well-maintained, and the service is always pleasant and attentive. I always assumed these were standard expectations in such hotels, not worth mentioning. Yet, it wasn't until I truly experienced the various facets of Yangshuo that I realized Sugarhouse is an oasis in this bustling, chaotic, and often less-than-pleasant destination. Yangshuo is beautiful, but its natural charm isn't always enough to offset some disappointing tourist experiences. You might exert a lot of effort trying to soak in the legendary landscapes, only to be left unsatisfied, perhaps due to early mornings or overwhelming crowds. But at Sugarhouse, you can intimately connect with Yangshuo's mountains and rivers, as they are right outside your room, beyond the iconic pool view. During the day, you can fully immerse yourself in nature undisturbed, and as dusk falls, the lights of Impression Liu Sanjie illuminate them, making you a part of the landscape. Finding such tranquility in this destination is incredibly precious, a realization I only had after switching to other hotels. The service here carries a hint of genuine, endearing awkwardness, and you can sense that achieving this level of service isn't easy. The bartender at 1969 Bar recommended a special concoction when I was indecisive, allowing me to savor the last season's season of loquat gin, which was unforgettable. Lucy at the front desk was incredibly helpful in resolving my issues, and when I pointed out some minor flaws in the room, they were already being addressed – truly tiny details that not everyone would notice, demonstrating their genuine care for guests. I met a gentleman at breakfast who enthusiastically and meticulously introduced me to oil tea and proactively helped me carry it to my upstairs seat when my hands were full. On my departure day, I even saw him standing at the lobby entrance at 36 degrees Celsius, assisting guests. Later, I learned he was the hotel's general manager. The people here are sincere and responsible, and what initially felt like minor imperfections transformed into a stark difference after comparison. I can give the experience here full marks. Some friends might find it too boring, with too many cars on the highway outside the rooms. But if you've experienced the endless swarm of electric scooters, the ubiquitous paid parking lots, and the so-called villas that cost 3,000 yuan with no view whatsoever, you'll realize that not only is the pricing here quite fair, but it's also almost the only viable accommodation option in Yangshuo. Of course, this is just for reference if you don't plan on venturing out, but Sugarhouse still offers many interesting services that make it a highly recommendable choice.

The room was spacious and the location was super convenient. It's really close to Ten-Mile Gallery and Guilin Romance Park. Plus, it's right by West Street but surprisingly quiet. You can easily rent an electric scooter to explore all of Yangshuo! Oh, and the plums at the hotel were delicious 😋. The front desk staff, both the guys and the girls, were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving great recommendations for sightseeing routes. Yangshuo's scenery is just breathtaking!

The indoor afternoon tea area has an amazing ambiance; every photo taken there is a masterpiece 📷✨. The hotel also features a kids' playground 🎠 and an outdoor pool 🏊, making it easy to keep the little ones entertained. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent attention to detail 🏠. The breakfast buffet offers great quality, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles taste superb 🍜. A good breakfast sets you up perfectly for the day ahead. Located by the Li River, with smooth access to the underground parking. It's also very close to the commercial district, making dining and getting around super convenient. Again, the rooms are clean and tidy with great attention to detail. The breakfast buffet is high quality, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles are truly delicious.

The garden is huge, with six peacocks roaming freely and casually, not shying away from people. The aunt responsible for feeding the peacocks was warm and friendly, proactively sharing interesting facts about them and patiently answering the children's questions. She even gave us some naturally shed peacock feathers, which made the kids incredibly happy. Osmanthus Fragrans is even more worthwhile with people like you!

This hotel may seem unassuming, but it surprisingly features a small pool and a viewing platform with great views of the surroundings. The platform even has a cute setup perfect for taking photos. The breakfast buffet was quite generous, and the first-floor restaurant offered a complimentary late-night dessert buffet. We stayed in a family room with a 1.5m single bed and a 1.8m double bed, and it was decorated very warmly. You can rent electric scooters for 30 or 40 yuan per day, just return them before 11 PM. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, were all very enthusiastic, patient, and thoughtful.
