22171****The room was large and clean. For food, we went to Macy's across the street. The staff provided directions, and we used the second-floor hallway.
The Macy's restaurant is on the third floor and a little hard to find.
Brown University is nearby, so it's a good walk.

MMin0622Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

巴巴利塔纳鹈鹕Arriving at the hotel in advance due to the ticket, it is not allowed to check in early. We will store the luggage in the hotel and go shopping in the supermarket. The location of the hotel is good! I bought a good thing and went back to the hotel to check in, but I still waited for 40 minutes. After the hotel customer service, I gave away the breakfast as a gift! The hotel room is very small, the so-called big bed room results in a very small bed, the bathroom is bigger, the quality of the facilities is good, very close to Brown University!

叶叶Let's talk about the highlights first. The hotel provides a shuttle to the city. Although it is very close, it is inconvenient to park by yourself. The hotel driver is very friendly and the recommended Hemingway restaurant is very good
When checking in, the hotel repeatedly charged the room fee. When checking out, I found out and negotiated but never returned it. After that, I contacted Ctrip to deal with it and gave Ctrip a thumbs up.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Brown and can be reached on foot. The surrounding environment is safe and clean. It is very comfortable to take a walk. There are many supermarkets and restaurants next to it. Starbucks is on the second floor! The hotel has free coffee in the lobby in the morning, which tastes good!
