The front desk personnel were very nice. Our coffee maker did not work, and the replacement didn't work either. She went out of her way to get us coffee as we were headed out the door.
**The location is attached to an event center. There was a wedding there the night we stayed, and we could hear pounding music from the wedding dance until 1 am in the morning.

The room is average. The air conditioning wasn’t great, but overall, still a decent enough hotel. Staff is nice and the room is clean at least! Not a bad place if you need a quick place to stay.

This hotel is perfectly located next to the highway, restaurants, shops, gas stations, Walmart, Menards, banks, car wash, and Council Bluffn. Bed and pillows were extremely confortable and it was easy to sleep in. Plenty of parking, a nice big gym, etc. 100% coming back to this hotel.
