I saw good reviews before coming, so I chose to stay in this place very firmly. After coming, I found that this was a very correct decision, and on the first day of the trip here, I came back because of the taxi company intermediary, I met a very rude man. Then I told the landlord grandmother about this unhappy thing, she comforted me patiently and helped me recover my emotions, and made me tea and made me a delicious sandwich. We had been chatting in the middle, and she kept comforting me and made me feel very warm. Grandpa was very good, from the beginning to recommend shuttle car to me, to every morning on time and delicious breakfast and after I go home, I care about how I have a day, really like my family, I will be happy to share with them I have a day. Not only is this guest house with humanistic care, its facilities and configuration are also very good. From recommending the shuttle car to me at the very beginning, to making the punctual and delicious breakfast every morning and caring about how my day was after I got home. Book this place for family travelling via Bloemfontein. As always the place was clean. Service is good and location is great. Far better than staying in the 2 “big” hotels within Bloemfontein.

Good for single travellers. Conveniently located relatively near the mall and the university.

2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points.

The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. The food was also not that good.

It was a good stay, no problems.

The location of the place is not my ideal place but the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy to live in.

I enjoyed my stay and the services were perfect. I would love that there would be charging ports and a kitchenette in the room but otherwise it’s perfect.

I was not happy with the attitude of the receptionist.
