Sorted our parking easily. Hotel on sea front placed near all the Brighton life. Room very clean and tea and everything laid out nicely. The rooms are small but for everything it offers this didn’t effect our enjoyment of the stay. The breakfast was fantastic freshly made and big pots coffee and tea. So attentive kind staff.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always spotlessly clean. It has a large bar and very reasonably priced drinks. It's a great place to stay right on the seafront.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes' walk from Brighton train station. It is a good place to stay. It is a few minutes' walk from the beach and the bus station. The hotel is located in Brighton's famous *** area. It is also a gay-friendly hotel with friendly staff. There is a bar on the first floor of the hotel and an underground club. I checked in on a Monday and there were no events. The hotel is right in front of the beach entrance and you can walk directly to the beach from the hotel. The room was very nice, with a large window facing the sea. There was a bar downstairs, but I didn't think it was that noisy. The toilet was super clean, like new.
But when we checked in, the front desk took my credit card and registered my credit card security code. The front desk explained that if we damaged the items in the room, the money would be charged from my credit card. If there was no problem, the credit card information would be deleted.
I felt that this made me passive and insecure.
