We were granted early check in shortly before 12pm. Unfortunately due to some issues, I was given the keycard to a room that’s already occupied and the occupant slammed the door in my face when we opened the door. I assumed he was shocked too. Was quite upset and shocked and went down to the concierge. Thankfully they were able to give me another room and we were compensated with 2 days of breakfast as service recovery. That was much appreciated. Breakfast is amazing.

Great location in the city. However, amenities and cleanliness of the rooms are very outdated and not maintained (Hence, the dustiness in certain items such as hairdryer & nespresso machine). Telephone in the room had hardly any instructions on how to use it as well as not being able to function when using it to call reception/room service.

The hygiene of this Westin is really average. When the child opened the quilt before going to sleep at night, there were two black dirty marks on it. I called the front desk and waited for a long time to change it. When I washed up and prepared to lie down, I found that the newly changed top sheet smelled of swimming pool disinfectant, which was very strong. But the child had fallen asleep, so I didn't toss and turn, which was equivalent to sleeping in the swimming pool for a night.
There is a bathtub, but there is no sewer cover. Although I don't take a bath, what if a guest wants to take a bath? ?

The perfect hotel for our family of three in the king exec suite. Pool was great for our little one. The staff were amazing and helpful. The menu was healthy enough for our toddler too.
