We chose it because it's a great location. However, we didn't really get the chance to stay as we accidentally booked the wrong date this time. We tried more than 10 times in the different days and times, tried to reschedule the checking in date but nobody answered the phone or replied to the email. The contact information on Trip.com and also Ibis official website are all incorrect.

Rooms are unique, clean and tidy, beds were comfortable. River view was fantastic.

I was in Brisbane for a short work trip and the hotel was perfect. Food in the restaurant was very good but the service was the only thing that was poor. The lady server made it clear that I was ordering food as the kitchen was closing. Really not good but just a poor member of the team, not the hotel overall so still happy to give the place 5*

I liked this place, the staff were helpful, the location was cool, everything was provided for my short stay in the city.

Room is cleaned everyday. Not possible to check in early and at 2pm there would be a long queue at the reception and it goes all the way till the entrance. Calls to Recep takes very long to be answered. I requested for a 30mins late check out but the cleaner opened the door and came in even before my check out timing. Cleaner came knocking again awhile later and Recep also called me prior to me leaving the room even though I had already informed I will be coming down 30mins late. Hotel is located beside a pub so expect that it may be noisy on a Saturday night.

Nice hotel and great location

IBID has given us a very good experience ..easy check in system and we arrived early before our check in time our room was ready so they allowed us to check in straight away. Very conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane City ..closer access to the mall and all eating places and attractions . I wont mind staying in IBIS again for my next visit to Brisbane.

Located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, convenient for shopping & sightseeing with the Victoria Bridge over to South Bank a short walk away, Irish pub next door to the hotel & plenty of shops & food choices around, also local buses, taxis & a choice of train stations in easy walking distance & around the corner from the ******!

the location is excellent but quite noisy at night if you stay on the lower floors as there’s a bar right below the hotel

So far had a pleasant stayed here. The staffs r helpful. Satisfied.

Everything is good except my credit card is incorrectly charged amount of 37 aus dollar 10miniutes after checking out so I have to walk back to the hotel to talk to the reception. He told me that it is an error from the system which make me feel upset as if I didnt get the message from my credit card or just didnt pay attention to the message right away I will be chraged from the hotel for no reasons....so now i have to check again with my bank when i go back home to make sure that this amount wont be charged to my card which quite wasting my time.

Everything is good and staff are nice and efficient. Even better if conditioner and body lotion can be provided

Location was amazing

The location of this hotel was perfect, very quiet, modern, clean with great city views. Staff were lovely!
