Stayed for business and then to go out on the town that night We had the 2 bedroom Business had desk right at window incredible city river view ! Mirror in bathroom had 3 types of lights you could use perfect for make up :) Bed room full length mirror Was more spacious then I thought it was going to be in lounge and veranda And view was beautiful Headed out in town location was awesome easy location Also was very easy drive to get there and easy to find Staff lovely even lent us a phone charger

I have stayed here multiple times since 2015 but sadly this night was my last. The apartment we were given was very dated. Mould in bathroom. Dusty walls and bedside lamps in bedroom. Verandah was unclean. Disappointed.

Booked accidentally on Ctrip and did not show up for checking-in. Hotel refused to refund anything even the booking is for 5 nights. Ridiculous internal policy and fraud customers money. Super bad experience!

Convenient location in Brisbane city. Reception provided great service, was polite and welcoming. We had a warm welcome and a quick, easy and fuss-free check in process. Thank you Vania! (Hope I got her name right) Amazing view from the Sky Lounge located on the 36th floor. However the apartment was slightly dirty. We put up the sign to make up our room but it was not made at all, even when the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room next to ours when we left. We left the hotel to go out in the morning and when we returned at night the "make up the room" sign was still on our door and the room was exactly as we left it when we went out. Room wasn't made, toiletries weren't replenished.

It was fine without anything special. Room was clean, location is good, but the apartment was fit out with cheap fixtures.

Quite a nice apartment but saw a couple of roaches!! Kitchen and rooms were quite nice though. Lovely view onto the harbour.

Location is perfect 👍. Room Was nice but a bit smelly when you first open the door . The bathroom floor was not washed Was full of hairs and dust . Nice view from you window . Would stay here again for the price it’s a good location and night time views from you apartment. Spa was also nice at night .

Accomodation was simple and lovely and clean. Pool was perfect and the spa. Shower a little tight for a wash. but expected. Price is high for car parking. I thought 25 dollar is reasonable. Not 40. Other than that. No complaint. Will use accomodation again in future if needed.

Good location and beautiful view. With everything like microwave knives forks spoons plates cups pans pots in the kitchen and washing machine dryer iron hangers. Better offer the room clean service everyday. 8 minutes walk to the city, 1 min walk to the nearest Woolworths, 10 minutes walk across the bridge next to the hotel to the library of Queensland, art gallery, gallery, museum, Brisbane sign, south bank and so on
