We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed more than one night! The spa is an extra £10 per person for an hour of use, which is well worth it. The breakfast is good quality and the room was very comfortable.

The room at ground floor is quite old and small. No window and using old door key. No space in the room. The Spa is located in basement with stream room and sauna room. Small swimming pool.

An amazing room with free standing bath and excellent matress; very comfortably. The only thing that let the bed down was the poor quality pillows. Good size room though with fantastic bathroom and double sink. Breakfast superb; best eggs royal I've had.

Super nice food and great service from Fabio and Sinead. We had a really lovely evening thank you! The cheese souffle, steak fries, Caesar salad and muscles we're incredible! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My partner and I have stayed at the Harbour Hotel Bristol several times, experiencing varying room qualities. Initially, we had some issues with our stay, specifically with Room 101, which had an unpleasant odor. However, the hotel management, particularly Johanna, the Operations Manager, handled the situation exceptionally well. Johanna reached out to address our concerns and offered us a discounted stay with a complimentary upgrade to a Corner Suite for our next visit. We decided to return on May 26th to celebrate my birthday, and our experience was fantastic. The Corner Suite was luxurious, featuring a beautiful freestanding bath that added a touch of elegance. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed a delightful breakfast the following morning. Johanna’s efforts in ensuring our stay was special were much appreciated, and the hospitality we received made a significant positive impact. I look forward to returning to the Harbour Hotel Bristol and am happy to update my review based on this recent experience. Thank you for turning our stay around and making my birthday celebration memorable.

I spent two nights at the Harbour Hotel this summer. My experience (clogged hand basins, bathrobes with holes etc.) was poor when considering the price point - around 200 pound per night - and my expectation of staying at a luxury hotel. What's worse, the staff did not seem to consider the many I faced and raised with them as much of a big deal. I would avoid.
