Joe on reception, very politely, helped me realise the mistake I’d made in only booking one of two rooms for my family. The hotel was booked up that night but he found a way to put us in a room where you can add two beds to the existing one and so got us all a night’s sleep. He could so easily have said there was nothing he could do as it was clearly my fault but he saved the day for me and my family. The above was the standout point, but elsewhere, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Can’t ask for much more considering it’s not a luxury hotel brand. Very satisfied.
