Trip.com has not confirmed with the hotel when we arrived there. The Hotel reception had to contact trip.com hotline and it made us to wait for a while.

The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

Great location and spotlessly clean. What made this stay stick out was undoubtedly the front of house reception team. Welcoming and friendly and so helpful. The arrive I received from them would be the staffers of a five star hotel. It was very much appreciated. Sort the breakfasts out though. Until that’s sorted - eat out.

Joe on reception, very politely, helped me realise the mistake I’d made in only booking one of two rooms for my family. The hotel was booked up that night but he found a way to put us in a room where you can add two beds to the existing one and so got us all a night’s sleep. He could so easily have said there was nothing he could do as it was clearly my fault but he saved the day for me and my family. The above was the standout point, but elsewhere, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Can’t ask for much more considering it’s not a luxury hotel brand. Very satisfied.
