Premier Inn Gloucester Business Park

As per most Premier Inns we have stayed at, consistency is the key. We only stayed one night and everything in the room was immediately accessible and where we expected it to be, so absolutely no issues here. The Inn was clean, tidy and we were made to feel very welcome with a friendly smiling face. As it was late evening, we couldn't eat at the attached Brewers Fayre as were told that they had stopped serving at 9pm on a Saturday night. We didn't think that was too late for a Saturday but, no worries, we had to get a Dominoes over the road instead; there wasn't any other choice within easy reach by foot. This, however, did not detract from a lovely stay. Thank you.

Really pleased with room. Very clean and comfortable. Bed really soft. Had good nights sleep and staff very helpful. Free car parking and restaurant easily accessible and shops close by. Not far from M5 motorway. Hoping to book a couple more stays next year as cannot fault this hotel..

Had an excellent stay here again. This is always my go to hotel when I come to see friends in Gloucester. I was greeted by Amy and Suzy who were very welcoming and helpful. The room was up to a high standard as usual. Thank you for a lovely stay, will be back again soon.

Had an amazing stay here with very bubbly and friendly staff. Suzie and Amy were very chatty with our children which made check in a very easy process. Our room was lovely, tidy and clean with a note left in front of Jenny. Will definitely return

Not up to Premier Inn usual standards. Aircon was the noisiest I’ve heard in a while. The shower was like a quartet of mice spitting on you in unison. I’m sure other rooms would be better, but this one was pretty poor.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. I had trouble finding the hotel at night, as there are no signposts in the business park. My GPS failed and I was driving around for a long time before I found the hotel. As there are so many roundabouts on the park it was difficult to decide which one would lead me to the hotel.

Have stayed at this location previously and cannot fault the location, facilities or the staff. Every time I stay it's always a hassle free enjoyable experience, and I would recommend. I will be staying there again in the future!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Free parking and staff very friendly and helpful. I had requested a top floor room and this was accommodated. Room and hotel extremely clean. Had breakfast in Brewers Fayre opposite with good selection and staff friendly too. Good location for motorway and there are various shops opposite including a Tesco with fuel station.

No complaints, the reception wasn't as plush as some other Premier Inns which made me feel concerned about the room but it was very clean and comfortable, as good as any other.
