El hotel es muy bueno, sirven desayuno continental pero con muchas opciones, waffles, huevo, cereales y frutas. Lo que no me gusto es que la tina de baño no tiene un tapete plástico y es muy resbalosa la tina, un día casi me caigo. Le sugiero que coloquen una toalla para evitar algún accidente.

Do not stay here. Every time we went to use our door key it wouldn’t work. The desk NEVER apologized and was just flat out rude. Having to bring two toddlers up and down EVERY SINGLE time was not enjoyable. Any time our family had an issue that we’re rude, dry, unfriendly, and zero help. The only nice people working there were the sweet ladies working the breakfast area. Our room wasn’t very clean, the lights above the shower and door were half hanging out the ceiling, as well as our curtains were broken.

The WORST customer service ever!! iCE COLD showers and NON-Working Elevators!! This place WILL STEAL Your Money!! Disputing mysterious chargers and no one seems to work here full time!! STAY AWAY!! Fist & Last Stay at a Hampton Inn. So sad!!;(;(

I was lead a dual sport motorcycle trip from Kansas City to the Texas Hill County with three friends. We all want separate rooms. This was night two. We all booked our rooms on the app on the phone without a problem. I travel a lot and Hamptons are my go to place it I'm staying in a chain. This one was not up to the higher standards I expect. The location is just average as was the hotel. My room needed to be updated. The walls in the bathroom needed to be redone. The shower did as well. My shower never got hot. It was lukewarm at best.

Check in takes forever. Rude staff. Not easy to find (bad location). Breakfast is very average. Not really a pet friendly hotel. Room service available only by request. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Other options available within walking distance

Hotel is clean, no traffic noise, great breakfast, and Ms Eaton is an asset to Hilton Properties. Hilton Customer Service is impossible to work with and not customer friendly. Call Hampton Inn direct if you need help or assistance with reservation.

Beware of Bed Bugs. Had two rooms and both had the critters in the bed, pillows, etc. They are having to think about a refund in the middle of the night. Grewsome experience which I will never stay again at this property.

The staff there is very friendly. The facility needs attention and many things don't work (room keys, remotes for the TV, etc.). Also, the pricing policies on the website are horrible. You make a reservation based on one rate but when you arrive you see that each night has a different rate, many times much higher than the rate advertised on the Hilton website.

very nice stay in Brownwood Texas Hotel was very clean , Beds were comfortable . Breakfast was awesome Close to restaurants , Will definitely be backthe staff was professional and truly cared about our stay ,
