The hotel is in a good location and is easy to get in and out of.
The hotel lobby bar is beautiful overall and the decoration is very artistic. It's a pity that we didn't enjoy it.
The room is clean and sanitary, but it feels average compared to the bar and public areas. 
The hotel breakfast is good, with rich and good quality. The restaurant environment is also beautiful.

Great location. Great outlook. The Victoria Loft looked amazing. Bedsheet was dirty though and had stains on it.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Bruges. Our room was immaculate, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good time range
Service in the bar was quick and friendly. The Xmas decorations were lovely. We would/will go back to this hotel.

The hotel located in the heart of Bruges. The lounge and hotel itself is very grand with beautiful decoration. Room is nice and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

The interior of both the lobby and the rooms was lovely, and it really made me feel like I was in Europe!
The location was also very close to the Markt Square, so it was very convenient.
The staff were also very kind!

The facilities, service, and bedding were all good, but the sauna was the most memorable! Since everyone was going to Bruges on a day trip, I thought I had booked a hotel for no reason, but I was very satisfied with my 2 nights!
