Value for money and convenience. Beautiful city and good hotel

Very nice staff.

I really liked it!!! If we go to Bruges for the second time, we will choose only this hotel!!! It is new, or rather after restyling. The windows overlook the neighboring house but it is absolutely not stressful.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's only a few minutes' walk to Bruges Grand Place. The room facilities are a bit outdated but clean. The room is not very big, but it's okay for two people to stay. The room has air conditioning and a safe. It was a very good experience, and I will continue to stay in this hotel when I come back next time

+ Convenient location, comfortable bed, very friendly and efficient staff. - It was a bit noisy (room on the ground floor, overlooking the parking lot. Measures can still be taken to reduce the use of plastic (eg water bottles, etc.)

Everything very correct, perfect location

The hotel is in a nice location, and all of the staff were very pleasant, however the property itself is very tired and run down internally, with very dated decor and furnishings, most of which we well worn and ripped throughout all areas of the hotel.

Nice central property. Family room a bit small / tight. Good outdoor pool (some maintenance required). Breakfast and hotel staff lovely. Walking distance to shops. Our only challenge was parking as van had a roof box (c 2.5m high) and parking underground. We did find parking easy enough though. Nice stay and staff excellent #thankyou

The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the center of Brugge. The room was dirty and the carpet had stains . The bathroom needs renovation and the rest of the room as well . They didn’t change the towels daily and they didn’t provide us with hand shoap , shampoo and conditioner so we had to tell them . The breakfast was great .

I really like it. It was close to the centre. Breakfast in hotel was good.All clean and nice around.

This was a gem of a find - it's in an excellent location and very quiet! I was there with my husband and 3 children (14,13,10) and my inlaws. The rooms are big and quiet - even a separate toilet from the bathroom - and I didn't hear a peep from the other guests which was amazing. Some of the decor is a bit tired in some places but it was clean and the bed was the comfiest I've been in for a long time. The breakfast was amazing and so many choices, you won't be disappointed. Our kids ate free and they loved the waffle making machine. Parking is very easy in the underground car park right next to the hotel. Unfortunately you don't get a discount on parking when staying with the hotel - it was 30 euros for us to park there for two nights. The weather when we stayed was a bit horrendous - it rained the whole full day we were there - but the outside pool was still open! It was heated to about 24C and so we went swimming in the rain (and so did some other families!). I was impressed that the pool was even open. No lifeguard so you do need to keep an eye on the kids - and there is a deep end. If it had been warm and sunny it would have been bliss. It's very easy to walk to all the main sites and there are some restaurants just 2 - 5 minutes walk away. We tried the Indian just down the road which was very nice, and a local Flemish place too. Beware that there is no hotel restaurant which we found out after hoping to have dinner there one evening, apart from some pizzas and snacks.

This is a good hotel in a well positioned spot for walking into the centre of Bruge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar staff are very knowledgeable about the Belgian beers 😁

Very central to key sites in Bruges. Happy to have underground car Park adjacent to hotel. Clean and comfortable stay.

Room facility is a bit old. We see some black mold on rubber seal at bathtub. The door knob of the room looks broken.
