This is a good place to stop over. The bikes at 10 Euros makes it a very good location. Very family orientated. A bit annoying having the laundry lorry outside your room at 7am but overall I would recommend and return. Towels are very small for some reason

The hotel is very good but the location is very remote. You have to cross the viaduct. I took the wrong road at first and couldn't cross the road.

The surrounding environment was really nice. It's a country hotel in the forest where you can go for a walk and swim. The air is good and I highly recommend it for families. However, you have to go through the forest to get to the hotel, so be careful while driving as it's not possible to get to both directions. They charge for parking. The breakfast was really good. Thank you.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms very basic Rooms very warm with no air conditioning Restaurant dinner/lunch menu is very limited so we had to go to centre of brugge for better choice of menu Outside area is not very clean Wouldn't stay again with family
Response from Property: Dear Derek, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you expected. While we understand the importance of air conditioning, especially during warmer days, we have equipped all our rooms with fans and offer additional fans upon request to ensure our guests' comfort. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the diversity of our restaurant menu. Our brasserie aims to cater to a wide range of tastes and includes children's options, and we are continually looking to enhance our selection. As for the cleanliness of our outdoor areas, we strive to maintain high standards and will take your comments into consideration to improve our services. Finally, it is essential for us that families find our hotel suitable and enjoyable, and we are dedicated to providing an environment that caters to guests of all ages, with amenities such as a playground and heated outdoor pool. Nonetheless, Green Park Brugge is located just a short distance from the heart of Bruges, offering easy access to the city's rich history and culture. We hope you had the chance to explore and enjoy the many attractions the city has to offer during your visit. We are looking forward to welcoming you again. All the best! Nils P., Hotel Manager

The hotel has been much refurbished since times of Novotel and Leonardo hotel groups , the bedrooms are very nicely decorated, with plenty of tea and coffee making facility in rooms, although no actual air conditioning so may be rather hot in summer, but a fan is provided in your room. The reception and restaurant areas are smart and clean. When we arrived we were greeted by a super chap called Bavo, who was first rate on reception, nothing was too much trouble for him and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast is excellent with a nice plentiful choice of breads and rolls, cereals , and cooked items such as sausage , bacon , scrambled egg/boiled egg . We had food in the afternoon from the bar and sat outside on the terrace , enjoying pizza and a glass of beer/wine. About the only negative thing about the hotels location ( apart from being hard to find if you’ve never been here before) is noise from the expressway that has a lot of traffic on it heading to Zeebrugga. There is a nice walk through the nearby woods, you cross a main road and into a wooded parkland complete with a castle with a moat. We’ve been staying at this hotel many times over the past 25 years, and felt the current owners are the best

Response from Property: Dear Martin, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are delighted to hear that the recent refurbishments at Green Park Brugge have enhanced your stay. Our team strives to provide a fresh and inviting environment, and it's rewarding to know that you've noticed the improvements in our room decoration. However, we regret to hear that the proximity to the highway impacted the tranquility of your stay. While we cannot change our location, we continuously seek ways to mitigate the noise and are glad that our double-glazed windows and complimentary earplugs help in this regard. It brings us great joy to learn that the tea and coffee making facilities in your room added a touch of comfort to your stay. We are also thrilled that Bavo and our reception staff made such a positive impression with their attentive service. Your kind words have been shared with the entire team. Furthermore, knowing that you enjoyed our varied breakfast options and the afternoon delights from our bar fills us with pride. Our culinary team works diligently to provide a delightful dining experience for our guests. The natural beauty of our location, nestled among the trees and adjacent to serene woodlands, is indeed one of the unique charms of Green Park Brugge. We're glad you enjoyed the picturesque walks, and we're always here to assist with directions for those unfamiliar with the area. We are looking forward to welcoming you again. All the best! This short 2 night stay was the last leg of our family of 7 holiday and and rather than enjoyable wind down to a fantastic holiday, it felt like we were an inconvenience to the hotel and that we were hindered the staff looking after their priority cycling team guests. We were only allowed to have breakfast after the cycling team had eaten. And when we attended breakfast at our designated time slot, a lot of the food had ran out and was not replaced. We were also unable to book a table for dinner on the second nights stay (at any time during the evening) as they had “the cycling team to cater for”, we was told to “walk 10 minutes down the road to the next hotel or go into town where there are hundreds of places you can eat”. So we reluctantly went to the hotel as instructed, but the restaurant was not open. We ended up driving to a local takeaway.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the inconveniences you faced during your stay, particularly with the scheduling of breakfast and the availability of dining options. It is regrettable that the timing of the cycling team's meals impacted your experience, and we understand how disappointing it must have been to find limited food options at your designated breakfast time. We aim to provide all our guests with a welcoming and inclusive environment, and we regret that we fell short of this commitment in your case. Additionally, it is disheartening to learn that our dining recommendations did not meet your needs and that you were misinformed about the availability of nearby dining options. We strive to ensure that our guests receive accurate and helpful information, and we recognize the inconvenience this misinformation may have caused you and your family. We are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations and are reviewing your comments with our team in order to improve our service. We look forward to welcoming you very soon. Best regards, Nils P., Hotel Manager

Lovely hotel, staff were great, friendly and welcoming. Some great facilities with the outdoor pool, volley ball net, bouncy castle and table tennis. Room was really nice comfy bed. Food menu was very restrictive but the food we did have was nice. About 10 minute drive from the centre of Brugges definitely recommend this hotel
Response from Property: Dear Terry, We appreciate that you took the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear that your stay with us was a pleasant surprise after a long journey. We are delighted that our team's warm welcome and the variety of family-friendly activities we offer, including volleyball, a bouncy castle, and table tennis, contributed to your enjoyable visit. However, we note your comments regarding the variety of our food menu. We strive to cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs and are continually reviewing our menu options to enhance our guests' dining experience. Nevertheless, it’s wonderful that you found comfort in our accommodations and savored the cuisine we offer. We also hope you found our proximity to the historic center of Bruges convenient for your explorations. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated, and we are always here to ensure that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. We hope to see you again on a future occasion. Best regards, Nils P., Hotel Manager

The recepcionist, in afternoon turn, mr. Tom, is very, very rude, impaciente and umpolite. He should never receive the guests because he is incapble for that. Besides, the hotel is in an isolated área, out If the city, Very bad experiencie.
Response from Property: Dear Mauro, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We take pride in our staff's professionalism and are disappointed to hear that you found our colleague to be less than courteous. At Green Park Hotel Brugge, we aim to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we regret that we missed the mark during your interaction. Regarding our location, we understand the importance of a convenient setting and strive to offer a peaceful retreat just outside the bustling city center. Our proximity to major highways and the city of Bruges provides our guests with the opportunity to explore the region with ease. We hope that you will allow us the opportunity of providing you with an improved stay in future. Best regards, Nils P., Hotel Manager

We are very happy with our stay at Green Park Hotel. We are a family of 3 with a toddler. On arrival, the staff member at reception that checked us in was very warm and welcoming. Immediately made us feel at home. Facilities for families and children in this hotel are fantastic. Bouncy castle, swings, slide, trampoline, large connect 4 game, indoor playroom with Lego, lots of toys for young children. We were very impressed and our toddler loved it. We booked our stay directly via the hotel website which meant parking on site was free. Very easy to get a parking space on site. Rooms are clean but one negative is there are no fridges in the rooms. This would have made our stay a little more convenient. To get to the tourist centre of Bruges, we drove to Bruges central station, paid €6.10 for all day parking and then took the free shuttle bus to the tourist centre. Very convenient. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel. All staff were friendly and welcoming and the location is great for access to Bruges, with a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away and some small friteur restaurants also a short drive away. We would happily stay here again.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, Thank you for reviewing your recent experience. It is heartwarming to learn that the warm and welcoming nature of our staff made a lasting impression upon your arrival, and that you felt immediately at home in our care. We are also delighted to know that the array of family-oriented facilities, including our bouncy castle and indoor playroom, enhanced the enjoyment of your stay, especially for your little one. The smiles and joy of our younger guests are always a wonderful sight at Green Park Brugge. Regarding the lack of in-room fridges, we understand this may have been an inconvenience and we apologize for any discomfort caused. While we do not offer refrigerators in the rooms, our reception is always ready to assist with storing any perishable items you may have. We appreciate your highlighting the ease of parking at our hotel and the convenience it provided during your visit to Bruges. Our commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, from arrival to departure, remains a top priority. Finally, your recommendation is the highest compliment we could hope for, and we are thrilled to know that our location served as a convenient base for your explorations of Bruges and the surrounding areas. We hope to welcome you back. All the best. Nils P., Hotel Manager
