Lovely hotel
Hotel is in a good location. It is in a quiet street within 10 minutes of the main square. The room was clean, good size and bed was very comfortable. It had toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, fridge and coffee machine. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot make any comment on the food. Parking (€25 per day) is more expensive than local car parks but it’s onsite, convenient and well spaced. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Visited this lovely hotel on 29th Nov for 3 nights. We had booked a double garden room and a single garden room and we were all delighted with our very comfortable beds and cosy rooms. The double was upgraded to a Suite which was lovely as we had space to meet up before and after dinner. The bed linen was amazing and we slept really well. Great coffee machine plus kettle and mini fridge, water and towels every day and locations was spot on.

Dit hotel is gelegen op 10 minuten wandelen van het centrum, maar onderweg is er al veel te ontdekken. ETA Centrum kan dus veel later zijn dan door u gepland. De locatie is dus ideaal en uw auto kan u kwijt op de afgesloten priveparking a rato van €30,- per nacht. Veel succes om voordeliger te vinden. De ontvangst was hartelijk en inchecken verliep zeer vlot. We werden persoonlijk naar onze kamer begeleid en we kregen onderweg al veel informatie. Onze kamer was de garden-suite en deze beviel ons ten zeerste. Klein nadeel: het zijn 2 "verdiepingen" met een trap van 7 treden. 's Nachts valt er gelukkig voldoende licht binnen om veilig naar het toilet te gaan. De inrichting van de ruimtes is "landelijk" omdat men het historisch karakter van het gebouw heeft willen bewaren. Wij vonden het mooi en sfeervol. Koffie-fasciliteiten waren modern en kwalitatief dik in orde. Het bed is een box-spring-matras met voortreffelijk beddengoed. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen. Een voortreffelijk diner en dito ontbijt hebben wij genoten in het bijbehorende restaurant "Den Heerd", waarover elders meer.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende im Hotel Montanus und wurden freundlich empfangen. Nachdem man uns alles Wissenswertes erklärt hat führten man uns zu unserem Zimmer (20), DZ Superior Garten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet, hatte eine gute Größe, alles war sehr sauber, man hatte ein sehr gutes Gefühl und ruhig war es auch. Leider gab es ein großes Manko, dass Badezimmer ist durch eine steile Treppe zu erreichen und hat keine Türe, das heißt, sämtliche Vorgänge im Badezimmer sind im Zimmer mit zu erleben, keine Privatsphäre. TV Programm, nur ZDF, was uns persönlich nicht so störte. Für einen angenehmen Start in den Tag sorgte ein gutes Frühstück. Alles in allem hat es uns trotz der Badezimmer Situation sehr gut gefallen und können das Hotel Montanus weiterempfehlen.

Wij hadden deze overnachting cadeau gekregen van franse vrienden. Het hotel is heel erg fijn. Goed centraal gelegen, een eigen (betaalde) parking in het centrum van Brugge. Een zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige receptioniste. De kamer in de tuin was mega-groot en goed ingericht. Alles heel schoon en netjes, een heerlijk ruim bed. Zeer rustig. Het restaurant was heel mooi, het eten in het arrangement heerlijk en een hele fijne bediening. Ook bij het ontbijt de volgende dag. Vooral heel relaxed. Het hotel is alle sterren meer dan waard. Wij waren heel erg tevreden en raden het hotel aan voor een heerlijk verblijf in Brugge.
