Отель красивый, место отличное прям возле вокзала. НО, номера неудобные, если вас больше чем один человек, сервис на ресепшене не понравился, очень странные, и кстати уже больше месяца как не возвращают депозит 50 евро.

We booked at the last minute because we changed our plans and we took the last room in this hotel and we had a tiny room of 11m2, no space and difficult to move around in the room on the ground floor and at the price of 150€ it is very expensive for this type of room and we take the room and we realize that the room was not going to suit us because it was hot and there is no air conditioning and we go back to see the receptionist and try if we can cancel the reservation that we have just booked 15 minutes before showing up at the hotel but the receptionist was not helpful and did not want to hear anything about our request and we insisted a little to speak to a manager to have a commercial gesture and this lady started to get carried away and spoke to us as if we were really exasperating her and she spoke to us badly and at all very kind to us really and did not want to do anything for find a solution for our request and spoke badly to us and I doubt that this lady is made to welcome tourists, she is not at all made for this job and in the end we left this hotel and we took another room and we left this room to our friends who found a big spider in the room 🥲!! A bad experience and I do not recommend this hotel especially for the service

The room is too small. If you have a large suitcase, you will definitely not be able to move it into the room. There is only a small walkway in the room and two people cannot walk together. The hotel has a great location in the centre of Brugge, and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The hotel is beautiful and retains its original characteristics, but the lack of air con meant the room was quite warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was nicely decorated and fit for purpose. The breakfast was fine, with a good selection of cereals, bread, cheese fruit and pastries. There was also a hot selection of scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit this beautiful city.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. At the back, there is beautiful garden with chairs and tables and with a fantastic bird cage!! Comfortable and tidy rooms. Excellent location for sightseeing . I really recommend this hotel when visiting Bruges!!

We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bruges, as it is simply fantastic. The hotel is located next to the Cathedral and just 5 minutes away from the main square (Markt). The premises are cozy and make you feel like you are part of the city's history. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. The staff is incredible. Chantal made sure we felt like home and provided us with some local recommendations.

Excellent (central) position, very nice host. Excellent breakfast. Vintage style of the hotel had a real charm. If you are looking for a wonderful experince take this accommodation and feel the authentic flavor of past times but still in today's.
