My friend and I had a very pleasant stay! The host was incredibly supportive and flexible with my arrival time, which made things much easier. The room was clean and comfortable, and the instructions for the hotel were clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated the helpful city information provided, including a map and great suggestions for places to visit and eat. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for my partners birthday week away. The hotel building was absolutely beautiful, real lovely old building. The lady who runs the hotel was very helpful land polite, the room was great, lovely high ceilings, lots of storage and the bed was so comfy! The breakfast room is great, it appears to the the converted lounge of the building, the continental spread they lay on is massive and is all very fresh and tasty. Also, they have a lovely little touch where they play nice easy listening music over the speakers whilst you are in there and creates a lovely relaxed vibe. The location is not even 5mins walk from the free city shuttle bus. So location is great too, TBF you can walk to centre in under 10mins. Just a couple of things to note. You cannot wear shoes upstairs and they have to be left at the reception or taken up with you. We had no issue with this :) The direct area around the hotel, the shops and amenities to appear to close rather early (by UK standards) So just be aware of that Overall, I cannot really fault this hotel on anything Would definitely recommend :)

I felt ripped off how much we paid for what we had! For sure this is a b&b not an hotel because it is a private house with some rooms. We asked for a low level room as it was clear from the reviews to avoid the huge amount of stairs. The room was definitely the worst part of the stay. It was dark, in a basement, humidity I could feel the bedsheets wet when in bed. In hot days like these we had a fan broken and dangerous without the protective cover. The shower was a cubicle with a stained tent. The toilet had a broken sliding doors. The pillows of the single beds small and very uncomfortable mattresses. The breakfast ok, much less than expected from the reviews. How people can give 5 stars?

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was okay everything needed is there. Breakfast was superb! Variation of drinks and food. Very very nice. Kind and gentle proprietress always in for a lovely talk. Next time wxe go to Bruges we already know where we stay.

Top hotel. We hadden de xs budgetkamer geboekt. We hadden lowbudget verwacht, maar veel meer gekregen. Ruime kamer, alles was voorzien. Zeer goede bedden. Ongelofelijk uitgebreid en vers ontbijt en zeer hartelijk ontvangen Aangenaam verblijf Aanrader

Deze keer kozen wij in Brugge voor dit hotel/B&B. Het hotel is gelegen net buiten het centrum langs een grote baan. Een oud herenhuis met een zeer charmant en gezeliig interieur. Het onthaal was zeer hartelijk. Een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw waarvoor geen uitleg of vraag teveel was. Aangename verrassing toen we een upgrade kregen van onze geboekte zolderkamer (113€ incl.ontbijt) naar een grote familiekamer op het gelijkvloers (kamer 8) helemaal achteraan het gebouw. Dus van de drukke ringbaan geen last gehad. De kamer was zeer netjes, iets outbollig, maar alles was aanwezig om een goede nachtrust te hebben. Goeie matrassen en dito kussens. Mini bar hadden we niet nodig want er staat een grote frigo in de ontbijtruimte waar je vele soorten drank (tegen betaling) kan uitnemen alsook koffie en thee staan steeds klaar ter uwer beschikking. Echt gezellig om er te vertoeven. Bij het inchecken hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de blauwe zone (max. 4u) aan de overkant van de straat. Nadien hebben we de wagen in de ondergrondse parking "'t zand" geplaatst zo'n een kleine 15 min wandelen. Leuke ochtendwandeling van het hotel naar de parking door het centrum van Brugge. Het ontbijt was subliem. Van alles aanwezig, een aangenaam kader en een zeer lieve mevrouw die beschikbaar was voor al uw wensen. We hebben heel erg genoten van dit verblijf en al is het niet het modernste hotel toch de charme maakt alles goed. Een dikke 5 op 5 voor ons en we komen zeker nog eens terug. Zeer goede kwaliteit/prijs verhouding. Doe zo verder.

Hôtel plein de charme, on se croirait dans une maison de poupée, un charme fou, très propre et petit déjeuner excellent. La personne qui nous a servi le buffet du petit déjeuner était très sympathique, aux petits soins. Le buffet était délicieux et très bien fourni, plein de petites attentions. Un pur moment de plaisir. Un hôtel et un accueil comme on aimerait en trouver plus souvent
