Great service and friendly staff! The hotel decor was grand with the gracious touches and tranquility of the 15th century palace!

Second stay at the hotel. The room wasn't quite as big as previous stays, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, great service and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Of course it's not a cheap stay, but for a 5* it's very well priced and I will definitely be returning again. The only thing I would comment, which is a very particular observation by me, is that tge complimentary toiletries are not branded. It would be nice to have L'occitane, Molton Brown or Elemis especially in a 5*.But as I say, a very lovely hotel and it won't be my last stay

Excellent Stay, super nice accommodation and great restaurant

Stayed for four nights and had a great time! The hotel is in the old town and has a great location. It takes a few minutes to get to the main street. Turn left at the main street entrance and there is a supermarket. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Place clock tower. The back garden is small and elegant. I sat down and ordered afternoon tea twice. The hotel waiters I met were of high quality and very enthusiastic, which is a plus for the hotel. I called a taxi three times at the front desk, and they all charged the meter price. There was a little problem with the sink in the bathroom on the first day of stay. It was very warm to put a card and a box of chocolates. The medieval city of Bruges and this castle hotel will be eternal and beautiful memories!

This is probably the best hotel in the city. It is quiet in a busy area and convenient to go anywhere on foot. The room is spacious and clean. I like it very much and will stay here next time. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to complain about the hotel. I was quite satisfied with my stay. The location is a few minutes walk to the big market and a little far to the river, but the city is not big, so it is acceptable to walk to the river. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel, where you can buy food, fruit, bread and milk, which are all very fresh. The only thing I don't like is the food in the hotel restaurant. The waffles I ordered were not very delicious.

The facilities are a bit old, but the city view room is very beautiful after opening the window. The bathroom is very large with a bathtub and a separate shower room, which is rare. There is plenty of hot water for bathing. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. It is very quiet in the morning and the room is well soundproofed.

My favorite hotel in Bruges, I stay here every time I go. Like a small castle, people who are not familiar with it think it is an attraction. The hotel breakfast is also good and you can order omelettes. The restaurant in the hotel is also okay. The price is not cheap but it is acceptable in Bruges.

This was our honeymoon trip, and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a nice suite and a small gift. This hotel used to be a royal palace, and the decoration in both the lobby and the rooms is very beautiful and clean. The hotel service staff are very good. It can be seen that the hotel's management and training are sufficient. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. You will feel at home.

castle hotel

This hotel is the most satisfactory among the group. The Castle Hotel has history, culture and a great environment. Except that the air conditioner does not work and the room is a bit cold, everything else is very good.

The appearance of the hotel and the public area are OK, but the inside of the room is quite dated.
