The room is small, but the garden is beautiful and the breakfast is good. There are basically no attractions around. It is not far from Damme, Bruges or the seaside. It costs 30-40 euros to take a taxi.

Lorsque nous allons chez Bart et Evert nous sommes certains de passer un moment magique. Tout est parfait. C'est pour cette raison que nous essayons d'y aller au moins une fois par an. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff/owners are very nice and the hotel and gardens are simply beautiful. I loved the decorations and furnishings of the common areas. The breakfast is included in the price and was excellent.

Wat hebben wij genoten van ons weekendje weg! We genoten een heel hartelijke ontvangst, de kamer voldeed aan alle wensen en verwachtingen, het diner was superlekker en aangepast voor de kinderen. Het ontbijt was fantastisch ! Ook onze twee viervoeters werden met veel liefde onthaald. Kortom, een absolute aanrader!

Heel erg gezellig verblijf gehad in het bloemenhof. Het enthousiasme spat van de gastheren af en dat voel je in alles. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Keuze genoeg! Ook de keuze in drankjes is uitgebreid en wordt vlot en met de lach opgediend. We aten ook het 3-gangenmenu. Ook dit is zeker een aanrader. Wij overwegen zeker een 2e bezoek aan het Bloemenhof.

Onze eerste reactie was: hier komen we zeker terug... Van de hartelijke verwelkoming tot aan ons vertrek hebben we genoten van dit heerlijke verblijf in een toplocatie. De kamer was prima, het ontbijt perfect, de temperatuur van het zwembad oké en de gastheren omringden ons met de beste zorgen. De B&B is prachtig gelegen, te midden van het uitgestrekte polderlandschap en op een boogscheut van de kust en andere toeristische trekpleisters. Een absolute aanrader! Met onze oprechte dank aan Bart en Evert voor de goede zorgen.

We logeren al meer dan 20 jaar bij Bart en Evert. Het is zalig om er je batterijen op te laden. Ze doen er alles aan om hun gasten te verwennen. Een topontbijt, propere kamers met een eigen toilet en douche, een heerlijk diner, een frisse duik in hun mooie zwembad of lekker zonnen in de mooie tuin met een cocktail in de hand. Om dan nog maar te zwijgen van de lekkere eigengemaakte confituur. Het is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een fiets- of wandeltochtje. Wij huren onze fietsen altijd bij hen. En er is nu ook een laadpaal voor elektrische wagens. Super handig. Het Zwin is op fietsafstand, net zoals het mooie Cadzand. Wil je liever gaan shoppen? Dat kan in Sluis, de stad die nooit dicht is of in Knokke. Het Bloemenhof bij Bart en Evert moet je gewoon ervaren hebben.

Bloemenhof is highly recommended! Evert is a fantastic host and with the support of the equally calm and friendly Bart, they manage to make Bloemenhof a place you would like to come back to. The welcome was very warm, Evert gives you a warm welcome that immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms are as you would expect, very clean, tidy and charming. The wonderful beds give you a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast is brought to the table and is extensive, including fried egg with bacon, homemade tasty jam and a surprise at the end. In the hotel you can relax both inside, in the beautifully decorated salons, and outside by the heated swimming pool. The multi-course dinners that Evert puts on the table with heart and soul are of a very high standard and extremely tasty. He even prepared two delicious pizzas and an extra dessert for our two sons without any problem. And when my son asked for a croissant that had unfortunately run out, the next day there was one on his plate with a bow around it. Details that make the difference. Top stay!!
