Tidy pleasant place to stay . Breakfast is great , my only issue is the toilet room in our room is tiny . I’m not a big person and I had to open the door to pull up my underwear. The bed is huge and comfy . Great shower space but not private if sharing with a friend ( no door with window view of the bed ) Parking is perfect . T zand underground and the elevator brings you out in front of the hotel entrance if you exit pavilion D parking on level -3 All in all it’s a great location and the staff are very nice . I would stay again for sure .

The hotel is in the old city and about a 10 minute walk to the centre. Looked a bit dated from the outside. Inside, however, was spacious, modern and clean. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and very large with guest safe and refrigerator. The rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was buffet style which was fine with a good selection. The bar area was very well laid out and not overly expensive for a hotel bar. All members of staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Special thanks to the young man on reception duty when we checked in , Saturday 3rd September, sorry didn’t catch your name, as our booking could’ve caused confusion . It was sorted out very professionally. I must also apologise to you as I think a member of our party took a shine to you and she made you blush. The biggest criticisms for the hotel was how hot it was. We were there with temperatures in the high 20s and humid. There didn’t appear to be any functioning air conditioning either in the hotel or the rooms. The other issue and this was more a staffing problem was that the hotel bar was closed 2 nights out of the 4 that wee were there. As whole though worth a stay. Will definitely be using again.

The rooms are very comfortable, everything you need. Service very nice, reception very helpful. 10 minutes from the main square, by taxi in 2 minutes at the train station. Bus stop in front of the hotel and 8 minutes to the train station. All in all a very good hotel - to be recommended!

We loved the Dukes Palace. We had no idea of its history but the palace structure, the layout and the large courtyard hinted at the opulent life of its former inhabitant, the Duchess of Burgundy who presided over the area in early history. It's a marvel what they had done in terms of creating beautiful rooms out of the palace space. The location was perfect, right on one of the main commercial streets in the old city center. They had elegant corridors, well-decorated spaces for informal lounging. The rooms were tastefully furnished. Breakfast was good, with an egg station. They brought coffee to you in nice porcelain containers. And interestingly, they had slabs of white, dark and milk chocolates that you could cut pieces of. This was pretty unique. All the staff were courteous and very accommodating. My wife complained of an unpleasant smell as we would come out of the hotel - but not sure what that was - cat's poop? The pillows were too large round and hard - my wife complained but they didn't have any other type.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is 2 minutes from the market square although it is quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was very large with a refrigerator, a desk and two chairs. The shower and sink are separate from the toilet which was awesome. Both of those rooms were large. This may be the nicest hotel I have stayed at in europe. It felt modern and luxurious from other places we have stayed at. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. I'm not sure what the room is called that we stayed in but it had one large bed.

The hotel is in the perfect location to visit and experience all that Bruges has to offer, it is literally 2 mins from the Belfry and the main square. We drove to Bruges and used their secure underground garage for the duration of our stay. The rooms are basic but very comfortable, the bed in particular was very comfy! We had a very small balcony overlooking the road, which was lovely to get the atmosphere. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and there was no iron / ironing board (although they were available from reception is needed). The bathroom was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water for the shower. Although the hotel has a terrace, you can’t use it past 10pm due to noise restrictions, so we moved inside and were served by the stand out star of the hotel for us… Vlaktko the excellent bar man. He makes the best Moscow Mules! He was friendly and attentive and went over and above to help us. We found the check in / check out service to be a little slow. Overall, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, it is just perfectly located and if you stay then say Hi to Vlatko!

This Hotel exceeded all expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. As well as being absolutely beautiful inside, the Hotel had a lovely ambience, the staff were very friendly and helpful and everything - rooms and public areas- was spotlessly clean. We very much enjoyed the bar which was very reasonably priced, and the very friendly bar tender makes the best ‘Old Fashioned’ cocktail my husband has ever had apparently! The Hotel is very well situated - 10 minutes walk maximum from the main market square where most of the bars and restaurants are situated, and even less than that to the plethora of chocolate shops! The hotel offers underground parking for £25 Euros a night.

Spacious rooms with a full desk to work at and fast wifi make this hotel well suited to business travel. The location is just off the highway which is convenient, although it's located in an industrial area so not well suited for walking/restaurants. The breakfast is one of the best you will find and the bar and restaurant have a limited menu but good quality food. The staff is friendly and they provide excellent service.

GGuest UserObviously, the owner of the property, Jason, has put a lot of thoughts into furnishing it and has taken great pride and care in its upkeeping. The property is located on the quieter side of the old town but is anyway just about a 5 minute walk to Markt. The room is well appointed, spacious and clean. The breakfast prepared personally by Jason is sumptuous and tasty. A fantastic stay!

GGuest UserWe regularly visit towns. In this case Brugge. This is a hotel found that is the value, appearance and authentic as no other. I will never even talk about the hospitality and the warmth that Hans and his wife have made us experience as guests.
A room where nothing is missing. Extremely clean, air-conditioned, separate toilet and bathroom. The facility is realized with respect and sensitive love for the history of the building. I appoint the beautiful chairs, the bed with history to Italian Lucca. And with modern adjustments of this time. Regent shower, double glassing, LED TV and feature furniture. The extensive breakfast is served in the oldest part (14th century) of the hotel and not only by the countless breads, insecticides, fresh fruit but even without breakfast is an experience. In short, fantastic and we will certainly come here.. - Come back.

GGuest UserWe visited Bruges for the first time earlier this month and came across this hotel which looked good online so we decided to go for it. We were definitely not disappointed! The service of all of the staff we met was amazing, very friendly and eager to help and have a chat with you (in multiple languages). The bar man in particular had expert level knowledge of local beers, gave some good recommendations of places to go including marking it on the maps and we had a nice chat with him for a good couple of hours while enjoying his drink recommendations at the bar. The room was very clean and a good standard with plenty of room for all of our things. The pool facilities were lovely and clean and very enjoyable to use. The breakfast was tasty and even when busy the staff were quick and friendly. It was also a very accessible hotel as there were ramps over the small stairs and elevator access to the higher floors. To top it off the hotel was also only a 25 minute walk from the train station and less than 5 minutes walk from the main square so an excellent location. We will definitely be telling our friends about this hotel if they want to visit Bruges and will return here ourselves in the future.

GGuest UserJust back from a weekend in Bruges and I can't recommend the Hotel Bryghia highly enough. It's in a great location - just far enough out of the centre to be blissfully quiet and but less than 10 mins walk from the Market Square and Belfry. Right next to a beautiful canal and bridge. It was the perfect balance of an old building but with modern facilities. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best night's sleep. We were welcomed by the very warm, friendly owner, and by some Belgian chocolates in our room! The map and local knowledge he shared were priceless. We are already planning to visit again in the Summer and will definitely book the Bryghia.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely amazing. The price for 1 night is affordable. My partner booked last minute and we didn’t expect what we see online is what we get in person. The room is lovely and warm, bed is so comfortable, pillows are the softest ever we had amongst the hotel we have been for holidays. The room space are enough for couples and couldn’t ask for more. The ambiance upon the reception up to the lounge are absolutely amazing and beautiful. The lovely receptionist was so friendly as well. We highly recommend this hotel to everybody who are looking for affordable and budget friendly accommodation.

GGuest UserWe stayed here overnight during a brief visit to Bruges. We chose this hotel because the hotel was centrally located and the building itself was charmingly renovated with nice views of the city and it blended in nicely with the ambiance of the historic center. It was also very close to the tram stop from the train station. Most locations of interest are within a very short walking distance of the hotel. The staff was accomodating. The room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable and we slept very well here. Our room did not look out over the canal but had a very very nice city view from the top floor. The room itself is small but pleasing. The breakfast was very average but satisfying. We paid €12 per person and thought it was worth no more than that. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again when in Bruges due to its central location and its charming ambiance.

GGuest UserFriendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

GGuest UserOne of the worst lodging experiences out of the hundreds of trips I’ve taken. The story begins with me mistakenly booking for august 11-13, 2023 instead of the intended dates of august 12-14, 2023. So, I made an additional reservation for august 13-14, 2023, to stay as planned. Both reservations were fully prepaid on agoda.com (€199 for the first 2 days and €108 for the third day). Upon checking in on august 12, 2023, I was informed that the 'paid-for' room was already occupied by someone else, and I was not allowed to use it. Their reason was that I didn't check in on august 11, 2023. The hotel voluntarily cancelled my reservation and ”gave the room away” to someone else on august 12-13, 2023, WITHOUT ANY CONSENT from me or ANY PRIOR NOTICE. It's a ridiculous joke. I am renting a room, not participating in horse racing or any kind of ******** like that. I'm i don't need to arrive earlier than others to use the room I’ve paid for, right? Even the front desk staff mentioned there was nothing they could do at the time and offered no assistance or resolution for the situation. I struggled to find a hotel on the same day and had to pay a substantial fee for last-minute accommodation in Bruges, while the room I paid for is being rented by the hotel to someone else. As for the second reservation on august 13, 2023, the hotel's conditions were just as terrible as their treatment of customers. There was no nightstand as pictured, not even a single clothes hanger, the room was too hot to close the door in august (no air conditioning or fan), and the noise was unbearable with constant disturbances from the adjacent room's door and footsteps in the corridor.
