Loved my stay, staff were helpful check in and out process was easy

A perfectly pleasant little hotel. Very clean, supplied with a lot of coffee and tea making facilities, and a large screen TV. Breakfast was particularly decent, with some very nice pastries presented warm. The lift was very slow however. Roughly a 10 minute walk to Tram and or Metro.

The hotel is located at a quieter street. Walking distance of around 10 mins to the metro. Other than that, everything is good. Check out the pizza restaurant right opposite the hotel!

I booked a standard room for my business trip, but on my first night, I was given the tiniest room I have ever seen in my life which was very different from the pics. I asked for a room change right away, but they told me they were fully booked for the night. I was able to get a different room next day, but I honestly didnt think it was okay for them to give the small room to me the first night considering that I paid for a bigger room. The staff was all very friendly though.

Very beautifully designed and cleaned hotel. Very convenient, closed to transports, quick way to train station MIDI. Love my stay there. Very comfortable room, very warm and well isolated. Would have been nice to have a kettle in it, but possible to get a drink downstairs.

Very nice hotel. Good location, around 20 mins to city center by walking. Rooms are clean and toilet is clean and the shower gel are also nice. Can watch tv in the room. Carrefour express is near hotel too 5-10 mins walking.

Newly renovated but quite far away from the Grand Place. Wi-Fi not strong enough in our room . Receptionist was kind and friendly and gave us advice.

The hotel perfectly meets its quality-price ratio. It is located half an hour walk from the center. The air conditioning is very good and so are the beds. Excellent staff. The only "disadvantages" are the soundproofing (quite bad compared to other rooms and the exterior), for which they even leave you some earplugs as a gift, and the smell of the bathroom, which used to give off a bad smell since we arrived. The staff is great, and the rooms at least ours were spacious. They do not have a refrigerator in the rooms but they do have complimentary coffee and coffee maker. We would repeat.

Very satisfied, the bed is big and quiet, but it is still a bit far from the city center

The breakfast here is very good, but the corridor to the room is too small
