Check-in was a breeze. Warm and friendly welcome. Loved the breakfast spread, not that wide but have just the right variety. Got to appreciate the location. Right next to a tram stop and has groceries and convenient store nearby.

The washroom smells so bad, also no HOT WATER during our stays!! We were freezing during showering! Breakfast wasn’t impressed either as not much options for vegetarians. However they offered coffee for 24/7 thats was the only thing we happy about

Above average hotel. Room is good, breakfast is great. Just abit far from square, but is next to tram station. Consider covinient.

Hi, hotel is weel located and transportation is very close. Breakfast was fine. Room is OK nothing special. The heater was not functioning at all. It was cold. Not convenience at all.

Although it is a little far from the station and Grand Place, there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so it was quite convenient.
The room was simple but clean, and another nice feature was that there was a 24-hour coffee machine at the front desk.

Very nice hotel, located 10 minutes from a metro stop and 1 minute from the tram. Super helpful and nice staff. Clean and comfortable room.

The room is not big, and the morning is the same every day. The room facing the road has good light and view, but it is very noisy at night. My boyfriend complained that he could not get a good rest, but if he moved to an inner room, it might not be so bright. Everyone has their own differences. Pros and cons
