The hotel has a very nice location near from the Grand Palace. The room condition is very good and quiet. I would like to visit here again next time.

It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location. The rooftop bar is lovely. Unfortunately for the price we paid we were sad that we had numerous issues with our room, Bath & sink plugs both broken & tv not working.

Best hotel at the moment. Walking distance from brussel central as well as tourist attractions. Like the convenience, easy access - variety of food restaurant just nearby

Just stay one day , facilities are not bad but hotel staffs are quite cool which is not my style , will not. One again

Location and cleanliness of the hotel was good.The phone on the room was not working hotel suggest change room but we declined and give us 4 complimentary drinking water.

There was an issue with the billing of the Euro 100 deposit which was done at the start of my recent stay at Hotel Warwick - Grand Palace on 16 Nov 2023. I had stayed at the hotel from 16 Nov to 20 Nov 2023. I have noticed a recurring Euro 100 charged to my credit card for every day and this amounted to Euro 400 (100 x 4) . My final invoice states only Euro 16.96 ( taxes , as my hotel room had been paid in advance ). The staff at the front desk mentioned that there is no other invoice to provide for the reversal of EURO 400. This amounts to a double payment for the hotel and quite upsetting that there was no written assurance provided for what they are supposed to reverse. Also, how is it the hotel can continue to charge daily when the swipe was done only once? That aside, location , cleanliness was excellent but this billing issue is quite a dampener to the trip.

Amazing location , a few minutes walk to railway station and 5 mins to the main square. Clean rooms
