Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place Reviews

As always, Marriott is comfortable and well served. Cozy and comfortable beds and bed linen. The parking lot is located under the building and you can take the elevator from it directly to the hotel lobby

+ Free chocolates at the reception, my son was thrilled about this. Very delicious food at the restaurant on the first floor - mussels were perfect. Breakfast is superb and has everything you could wish for, even the sparkling. Room is comfortable, coffee machine, tv with YouTube access. The location is very central, 5 min walk to the main square. - We booked this hotel especially because it showed the bathtub in the room. But we got no tub in the room . They said there are only few rooms of this category with the tubs and they are occupied. A bit disappointed. Another thing is that we had a dinner in the hotel and we forgot our personal thing there. We wrote our room number at the bill, so we kind of expected that our belongings would be delivered to our room . It didn’t happen, so we had to go and look for our things the next morning. It was a bit weird, cause you expect that Marriott takes a better care about their guests . All in all, it’s a standard good hotel.

Room was boiling hot (AC not working)

My review will exclusively be about my room. Which cost $200 per night. In which everything was terrible. The water stood for 5 minutes in the sink, there was no lock in the toilet door. The cleaners are already working with a vacuum cleaner in the corridor at 9 o'clock. There was nothing in the room, no disposable slippers, no toothbrush or other accessories. A view to nowhere. Front desk are not pay attention too, we changed the room but got this. Much dust in the room, we ask to bring us food utensils, they brought it 1.5 hours later. Thanks. Not recommend ❌Just great location, that’s all. But hotel didn’t deserve that much money which I’ve paid. Better choose another one, there many around and same location

The location was perfect. Walkable distance from all the major tourist destinations. The hotel was under construction and the fitness center was not available. Should have informed before booking. Beside all good. Bed was so good. Great to relax after long walk.

The hotel was very nice; the staff was friendly and always very helpful. But the location was AWESOME! The hotel is right in the middle of everything. If I have the opportunity to go back to Brussels, I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel is located to the west of the main square, not far from the road, and it is very convenient to walk there. Next to the hotel is the bar street area, with many bars to choose from, next to the Southeast Asian restaurant area, including Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Indian food. There is also a Carrefour express supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities. I took some random photos of the restaurant to share. You should consider staying here next time.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and there are many taxis lined up at the door! The reviews say that the breakfast is good? But in fact, it is the worst among the three hotels in Belgium this time! The oil used is very bad, and there is a smell! But you can make your own waffles, which is great!

Very convenient and safe. There is a lively square around it. It is not noisy when sleeping at night. I like this location very much. You can walk to many surrounding attractions!

The room is good, but I think the lobby does not look like a five-star hotel. But the food in the restaurant is good. The elevator is relatively simple.
