住了40年酒店，未見過一間酒店的執房差得這樣，之前在日本住了這個酒店，很喜歡，去到荷蘭也住了，但當時執房還可以，只是枱面沒有清潔好，但比利時的執房服務實在太恐怖，從未見過一間酒店這樣差，除了員工本身不太懂，我認為管理層好重要，執完房應該有個主任去檢查，但完全嚇**！我覺得係員工完全唔識，住三天，只有一支水飲，毛巾冇換還掉在地上！
值得一讚的是早餐的菲律賓員工Ryoma及所有員工，勤力認真，值得一贊

Paris is the main theme of Christmas every year. But I will also go to other cities. This time I came to the "heart of Europe" - Brussels, a very good city. The Plaza Marriott is in a very central location. The chocolate at the check-in is a small "highlight". It is not a deliberate service, but it is really delicious. This is worth learning from many of our hotels. Many of our hotels put a bunch of so-called "candies" at the front desk. It looks like a service, but it is actually just to make up the numbers and is not delicious. I think the essence of service is not "deliberate", but to make guests "comfortable". This experience and touch is a feeling from the heart.
Disadvantages: The things in the room are basically not replenished the next day (water, soap, slippers) and will not be replenished actively.

So much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

The hotel is in the centre of the Brussels plaza, and 10-15mins from the train station. Very convenient with food and supermarket around.
Breakfast was nice and you can make your own crepe. Just that the plaza was a sightseeing spot. Many people and crowd and a bit noisy. Other than that everything was fine.
