The amenities are terrible, the usual tea, coffee isn’t provided. The room wasn’t even cleaned daily even when this was asked for, the WiFi did not work, nor did the air conditioning. The room was far too warm to sleep in and nothing was done to help this. The twin rooms is claustrophobic.

Excellent staff at reception, we checked in early and they did their best to find us room that were ready. We also left out bags for the day at checkout without any issues.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is simple and western. It is generally acceptable. It is located in the city center and the attractions are nearby. The Grand Place and Manneken Pis are also nearby.
