Very nice and friendly staff. The bathroom need some renovation.

The location is very good, close to the subway, train station and bus station. The room is clean, the service is friendly and the price/performance ratio is reasonable.

Great location and very helpful staff. Given the location, the price can be reasonable overall, the eco-friendly choice of not putting amenities in the room, although they can be requested at reception, is not the best in terms of feeling.

The hotel is located in the European Quarter of Brussels, close to the European Union Headquarters. The room facilities are complete, quiet, and it is close to the North Railway Station, which is very convenient.

It was a very stylish and comfortable hotel. The location was a little far from the tourist spots, but it was convenient because it was close to the metro and railway. The staff and room cleaners were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast had waffles to bake by oneself and was delicious. I would like to use it again when I travel to Brussels.
