Fantastic hotel. Value for money in centre of Brussels. Would stay again.

Close to central station and good Location.

The hotel room is very large, and the suite has 2 separate bathrooms with a bathtub. The hotel is very close to the Grand Plaza, which is very convenient for going out to visit attractions. The hotel breakfast is rich, and the freshly baked waffles are better than those sold outside

The hotel is very dilapidated and not well maintained. The rooms are dirty and smell of old floor mats. Our CI time cup still has lipstick marks on it. However, the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes from the train station and the staff is polite.

This hotel improved my impression of Belgium. The front desk was very polite. The highlight was that when I entered the room and found that it was upgraded to a suite, I was so happy. I instantly liked Belgium even more! The location is really good. It's only a two- to three-minute walk from the Central Station. Then there is a lively neighborhood in front of the hotel. The Grand Place of Brussels is right in front. This stay is a perfect experience 💯

It's very noisy...especially the rooms near the square, all filled with the singing of street performers...

The location is very good, the environment is also good, the only thing is that the furniture is relatively old.

Quick break to attend a concert. Excellent location and easily accessible by transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room, but with somewhat dented furniture. A sore point was the carpet on the 4th floor which was raised in several points and gave a sense of sloppiness. Still overall I would go back.

The hotel is close to the train station and Brussels Square, convenient for sightseeing, travel and shopping. I stayed in Superior Room 102. The room is relatively large in Europe, but the facilities are old enough to affect the experience of staying. The room has few lights and is very dark. When reading and using the computer, you can only sit on the toilet, and the bathroom is the most well-lit. Don't even think about the separation of dry and wet. The bathtub is slow to drain, and you can stand in the water and shower. The kettle boils water very slowly, and it feels like chicken soup is being stewed. In August, many people in Europe are on vacation. Two people are on duty in the hotel during the day and one person is on duty at night. The service attitude is warm and helpful to solve the problem, but there are many problems: there is no body wash, and it cannot be added at night. The hair dryer was broken, and there were no paper towels. The staff on duty went to the basement of the hotel to find them. Hand sanitizer is gone... But the location is better than everything. It is a gravel road a few hundred meters from the train station. It is still troublesome if you have a box.

Having stayed in a superb NH hotel in Berlin I decided to book this one for Brussels. The hotel itself did not disappoint. It goes the extra mile with lots of nice extra touches, like the candy bar and decent tea/coffee. I particularly appreciated the really decent big hairdryer in the bathroom. Wish more hotels provided hairdryers like this! The breakfast had plenty of choice, including some for gluten free diet. The dining room was relaxed and comfortable We had a small issue with our heating and this was resolved immediately. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room with a view and it was an amazing view too. There was quite a bit of noise outside from traffic and workers through the night and early morning so not the quietest of places. Having said that the location is superb. We felt safe in the area, there were lots of places to eat nearby and the hotel is very near to the Grand Place which was a bonus. We walked from the Eurostar terminal easily in 30 mins.

During my recent short holiday, I received a warm welcome from Jordi, the receptionist. He not only provided us with comfortable rooms but also offered an excellent list of restaurant recommendations, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel room was immaculate, with very comfortable pillows and beds. Our experience in Belgium was exceptional during our first visit. I must commend this NH hotel for its prime location in the heart of Brussels, which allowed us to easily walk to the Grand Place for only 3 mins. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, close to Grand Place Grote Markt. Restaurants close by in the square next to the hotel. Train station behind the hotel. Hop on Hop off bus behind the hotel. Great views from the hotel room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfy bed.

It is our first time in Belgium and our stay at Hotel NH Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe from 11th till 17th July 2024 made it more memorable. We were blessed to have been given a room facing the beautiful square (Fontaine Charles Buls) and had the privilege to witness the beautiful colors of sunset every night with the towering gothic skyline. Thanks to Jordi and the rest of the team at the reception who were very nice and welcoming. Jordi's handwritten note welcoming us in our room made us feel at home. The breakfast was really good and the staff at the reception were also very attentive and professional. The room is big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and we just love going back to the hotel after a long day and make our own coffee/tea. We also loved the daily option of not getting our room cleaned and in return, they give us 2 free drinks (soft drinks, juices, wine!). With NH being centrally located in the very heart of Brussels, the hotel is just walking distance to many beautiful tourist spots (Grand place is just a block away), restaurants (streets filled with them) and the shopping district. We spent our last few days just getting lost around the area. There are too many things to see and do, and if you love shopping, this is really a good place for you (we shopped a lot and drop the stuff at the hotel when they get too much to carry and go out again :). We also easily made our way from Bruges and had DIY day trips to Ghent and Antwerp with the hotel being situated just behind the central station (where we our day trip to Dinant and Luxembourg also met). I highly recommend Hotel NH Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe, and given the chance to go back to Brussels, we will for sure stay with them again.
