The accommodation is good in every way. It is near the city, near the train station, near the park, near the square of the castle. In summary, I recommend it. The service is good. The staff is friendly. The room is clean. You have to drag your luggage from the train station. There may be some brick floors, but you can drag it slowly. If you have luggage, walk slowly. Overall I am satisfied with our stay. Just that when we check-in on the first day somehow their system didn’t capture some of our bookings and the guy who is trying to help the lady who attending to us was rather impatient which was the negative side for our stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the front desk staff was friendly and enthusiastic. Since we arrived at the hotel early, the waiter let us check in early, which was great! The hotel is in a great location, right on the square, with major attractions just outside the door, and a 3-minute walk from Brussels Central Station.
