Free shuttle is the key service I'm attracted to. But the shuttle missed 1 timing and we waited for an hour. Pls remember to contact hotel in advance for shuttle. Hotel is good and clean. If without shuttle, need to take train and it's just across the station.

Reception was ok, but shuttle driver is an excellent gentleman, hotel’s location was good

hotel was ok, but no elevator, so service elevator only. Breakfast, 30% of food was out, no plates, no cups no glasses. Food was good if you get it, but have a feeling it was sadly understaffed, for the price!

It is a 6-minute taxi ride from Brussels Airport, and the S line station is right in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. The front desk service is efficient. The room is relatively spacious and the breakfast is rich.

Very bad hotel. The front desk was impossible to communicate with. They first gave me a room very close to the elevator, but that room was very bad. They refused to change rooms when it was not fully booked. The next day, when I went to have breakfast, the waiter took away the plate while I was pouring coffee before I finished. It was speechless. It was full of discrimination and differential treatment. I don't recommend Chinese people to stay here.

My first choice hotel for my morning flight, I have stayed there many times. The hotel has an excellent location, just opposite the train station.
