Hotel Agora Brussels Grand Place Reviews

The hotel is antique, and the hotel staff is very warm and attentive. Although the old-style hotel does not have an elevator, the staff took the initiative to help us carry our large luggage into the room, which is very worthy of praise! The bedroom feels spacious and the bathroom is relatively small, but overall it is hygienic and clean.  Unfortunately, one day I went back to the room and found that the cleaning lady had not locked my room properly. Fortunately, there were no valuables in the room. I reported it to the hotel staff and they were very sorry and gave me a gift in return. A breakfast voucher was given as compensation. If necessary, they claimed that they could view the CCTV and hoped that the same thing would not happen again. Apart from this incident, the hotel overall is worth a stay. 

酒店外表與網上圖不一樣，所以有點難找。但地點很近火車站、及主要景點，所以都很方便。酒店見於一六世紀，很有懷舊氣息，不過要留意樓梯是嘖嘖細細的，但職員很好，會幫你攞行李到房間。由於第二日要趕火車，五點就要離開酒店，職員很好，準時到我們房間，幫我們拿行李到樓下大堂，也給我們建議如何到火車站是最好。

房間不錯但衞生間太小太小了，地理位置非常好，出行去布魯日和根特都特別方便，離大的景點也非常近，徒步10分鐘能達所有景點，特別要表揚的是前台工作人員大美女法國人，熱情、友善，特別温暖，值得推薦的酒店

前台比較熱情，酒店入口在箱子裏，有點隱蔽。 唯一缺點就是沒有電梯，有個大箱子要自己搬上去。
